UPDATE: Management does not respond to emails, making it frustrating when they suggest contacting them after a negative review. It's counterproductive to ask for feedback via email and then fail to follow up.
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was overpriced for what was delivered, and the quality fell far below expectations. For the premium price charged, I expected much better. I would not recommend Prezzemolo based on this experience and will not visit again.
