LAYOUT: Very small cafeteria with hot dishes and fried items on display; 3 tables under cover to left of cafeteria with 12 chairs, 19 chairs and 5 tables chained along right wall
DÉCOR: Rustic, wood construction; 3 round tables with comfortable metal and plastic chairs, plastic table cloths, small, paper napkins; chained tables were small, square, and filigree metal with matching metal chairs
DRINKS: We had diet 7up in cans with straws

FLATWARE: Stainless, serrated steak knife; light, stainless fork; tan plastic, oval plates and bowls; brown, standard cafeteria trays
MENU ITEMS: Chicken, meat balls, corned beef, white rice, yellow rice, beans, tostones and various fried meat and cheese pies, etc.
WAITSTAFF: behind counter only
ENTRÉE: Chicken breast pieces in a vinegar sauce was very good, if not generous. Meat in a fried potato roll was okay.
SIDES: Pigeon pies in yellow rice was ordinary, but good.
CONDIMENTS: ketchup and mayoketchup

MADE IN USA: Stainless, serrated steak knife made in China, light, stainless fork, Brazil.
CONFUSION: Not "Willies Sports Bar" in Arecibo
