Potluck truly lived up to the hype. This is not your run of the mill Chinese restaurant but rather more upscale Asian fusion. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The food was exceptional. You can truly tell it's prepared with care and skill with fresh ingredients. The chef puts so much hard work and creativity into every dish. it’s clear this isn’t just a job but a passion. We tried the Taiwanese Fried Chicken, Prawn Toast, Barramundi and Flat Beef Noodles. They were beautifully presented and full of flavor. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we look forward to coming back. Highly recommend Potluck to anyone looking for a nice meal in Caulfield!

I went to potluck to celebrate an early Christmas dinner last night and the food was incredible! My favourite dish was actually the beef flat noodles which I didn’t even get to take a photo of because we gobbled it up that fast! It had a very family friendly vibe, the staff were so friendly and Esther the owner was so lovely! Can’t wait to come back and bring my parents here!

This place feels so chill & homely yet with insane, fine dining-quality food! The dumplings & flat rice noodles were a standout. We’ll definitely be going back!

Personally wasn't a fan. Actual rating would be closer to 2.5. The best thing we had was probably the prawn toast. The oyster was stinky/briny. The dumplings seemed burnt. The texture/coating of the fried chicken was off (similar to a chicken nugget). Also got beef flat noodle and mapo tofu but everything was just kind of ordinary. Overall, was a bit of a letdown especially since I had just visited Taiwan a few weeks ago.

Amazing quality food, love the asian inspired twist on the oysters. Cucumber salad was crunchy and fresh. Beef tataki 💥💥 Topped with the flat beef noodle. Great vibe and amazing service. (shoutout the badass chef holding this place down) Highly recommend

Lovely little restaurant, we came in for date night and the food, atmosphere and service were great! All the food was delicious but I will specially mention the mapo tofu as it was not something I would usually try but my partner ordered it and it was delicious! I Will definitely order this again

Was walking home and decided to pop in a whim to try the food. Started with 3 choices, the dumplings, the steamed barramundi, and fried rice. The food was so good, that we ended up ordering the beef noodles as well. It's just simply good, tasty, and quality food in a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend that you try this place.

Had an amazing dining experience at Potluck Dining last night! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great time. It's rare to find a place that nails the food, vibe, and service all at once, but Potluck Dining delivered on every front. Highly recommend checking it out – we’ll definitely be back!
