Such a great spot. Excellent signage too. Got a boxful of croissanty pastry items and they were all sooo tasty. I am a former baker and I am picky - go here!

The best bakery I have been to in a LONG TIME. Our family tradition when traveling to northern Mn (few times a year) is that we ALWAYS stop at a bakery at the half way point. Tobies was our entire family’s special tradition but they let us down to many times so we needed a new bakery and we found it !!! I will be taking my family here for years and years to come. The customer service was amazing, it’s a small worker owned business and the food/ desserts were to die for! We came at the end of the day so the employee even gave us free samples. I am so glad she did because everything we got was great but they blew me away by far!! It is the cinnamon and sugar croissant muffin pictured!! The flourless chocolate cake took me back to my childhood neighbors brownies that I have never been able to find anywhere or create but I finally got to taste something VERY similar and it was phenomenal. Everything was amazing and I WILL be taking another trip to Duluth soon just to get to taste these amazing treats again! This is our new family spot! Thank you, 3rd St bakery and staff!

3rd St Bakery is a must try if you’re in Duluth or local. I probably stop in 1-2 times a week to get an almond croissant, curry hand pie, or a turnover. Their pastries are seriously unmatched and the pricing is more than fair. The workers are all very sweet and knowledgeable. I’m moving soon and 3rd St will easily be my most missed food in Duluth.

Stopped by on a Saturday morning while visiting Duluth to pick up a birthday cake. Positively 3rd Street don’t offer cakes but they were sweet to let me know which local bakeries to try and find a birthday cake. The almond croissants were amazing!

Truly the best. Their pastries are out-of-this-world! I tend to be on ‘team savory’ and their savory pastries, like the spinach and artichoke danish and Gruyère croissant, are heavenly. They are also actively engaged in community and social justice causes, so you can basically feel like a philanthropist by buying loads of delicious baked goods. ;-)

What a Darling little place. They have a Huge selection of food. Huge cookies. All kinds of unique and typical flavors. We have found our new Bakery spot. Was very delicious.... Seriously very delicious. I highly recommend you stop by. The lady with the short brown hair was wonderful with my girls. Great service. Awesome prices.

i used to come to this bakery every sunday when i was little to get a free cookie and a honey stick, they are delicious and the staff has ALWAYS been wonderful. i didn’t have enough to pay for my one cookie, and was about to run to my car to get more change to cover it, and she told me i was all set! i’m beyond grateful and that made my day! their cookies are easily one of the best in town, even dunkin' can’t keep their donuts as fresh as they keep their cookies, as i went in about a half hour before they closed and the cookie i got was still fresh and chewy! (also beautiful view of enger tower, to visit if your new to town) also is my favorite gingerbread cookie pictured!

Tiny little local bakery where everything is baked perfect. Recommend going early as it can and will get very busy quickly. I don't have a single baked good i recommend as all of them are wonderful!
