Best cakes in town in my opinion. The cakes are not overly sweet. They feel moist and not dry. We order a cake every time we come here and of course, the pastries as well. This place is very popular always full when we come. Definitely worth the wait. Love coming over the holidays because they give you the red box with the birthday cakes. One of my top favorite bakeries.

I went there 3 times while I was staying near to the area. The bakeries are good , coffee was okay but great Orange juices I had tried the French toast Cuban style cause the photos really inviting but to be honest It was just okay or so so But the bakeries there are varieties and inexpensive like other places Staffs are nice and welcoming Will definitely go again

I visited it 3 times while I was staying in Downey and visiting places nearby. There was always a line everytime (all 3 times were different : lunch dinner and late night ) but the lines moves fast with two sides of counter dealing with incoming customers. The bakery is good , coffee was just okay ,but good variety and inexpensive so could try different items every time. Loved :Guava rose pastry,Tiramisu cup,Mango Mousse bomb ,Chocolate hazelnut eclair (just so yumm),chocolate eclair(great),tres leche slice, and sandwich was nice.Definitely must go place when nearby . We did try the cheese potato balls but as it has meat (which we don't eat) so had to leave that.

Had to grab a couple boxes of the famous cheese rolls from Portos my last trip up in Los Angeles and the location in Downey was closest to where I was staying so off we went🤙 Went on a Sunday afternoon so it was quite crowded but the chaos was organized and lines moved rather quickly. Should have grabbed more items but was my first time visiting... Pastries were excellent, price on point, no wonder it packs a large crowd. Great experience overall. 5 stars🤙

There is a reason why this place is always so full and is because the food is always so good, really good quality, service is somehow fast and good, all the staff is kind and friendly. And as someone who is living in Miami, the Croquetas at this place are way better than any other bakery in Miami.

Porto's is the best place for any sweet treat. My fave is everything, but primarily the potato balls, the cheese rolls, the Besitos and of course the birthday cake that I got for my handsome husband 🥳❤️. It was a mango mousse and it's one of my go to b'day cakes for special birthdays 🎁🥳❤️

I was sent Porto’s from my work as an end of year gift and the bake-at-home frozen pastries are simply excellent! I’ve loved the Cheese Rolls (which were surprisingly sweet, not savory), and am really excited to try the cookies and other rolls!

Maybe it was because it was sprinkling that morning, but the line was shorter and quicker that morning. Employees made sure to keep the floor dry and clean. Samira, the lady who helped me fulfill my order was very helpful. Of course I had to get the cheese rolls since that's always good. I tried their besitos this time. Hubby loved the chocolate one, but the dulce de leche one brought nostalgia to me. Other things we tried were the pineapple empanada, coconut strudel, refugiado, and chocolate hazelnut eclair. Overall, the Downey store is my go-to Porto's.

This establishment is always crazy busy so I stay away from this place as best as I can. Today is not one of those days, I am happy to report that although still quite busy during lunch on a weekday I was able to place my order in less than 10 minutes. It's a bit of a hassle if you order coffee, you have to wait for the coffee at a separate place and then walk on over to the other side for your food. This used to be the place where I would get birthday cakes, the fruit tart cake is really good here. That being said it's an easy process to order cakes online and pick up. The boy enjoyed his milanesa sandwich and I enjoyed my cup of cortado with half the sweetener. I can't see myself returning anytime soon but my experience was pleasant enough.

Porto's in Downey is pretty special. The line might look long, but don't let that scare you away, it moves quickly. Their online ordering is handy when you need a lot of stuff, so if you're ordering for a party or event try and order ahead. Everything here is really well made. The coconut pastry is my absolute favorite sweet on the menu, they nail that balance of sweet coconut and flaky pastry every time. Their cheese rolls and guava pastries are classics for good reason, and the cakes are just right, refined but not pretentious. For lunch, the chicken croquettes and spicy Milanesa with plantain chips hit the spot. They even carry Iron Beer and Inca Kola, which are both solid upgrades from regular fountain drinks. They also have smoothies and juices, if that's your thing. The staff is friendly and they keep things running smoothly even when it's packed, which is basically always. One visit and you'll see that Porto's is one of those So Cal spots that actually lives up to the hype.

We got a: - cubano - medianoche - 6 potato balls - 2 guava & cheese pastries - 1 multigrain loaf All for $35! Their prices are reasonable and the flavors are good. The medianoche is good, the bread is solid. I wish it came with more chips. The guava & cheese pastry was very light on the guava though. And the potato balls are probably what they're most known for. The ones are this location aren't the best I've had of the various Porto's. This location is BUSY on weekends. Line out the door, down the block busy. The line moves quickly though & you can order for pickup to avoid it. They're very efficient and the service is good. Lots of seating inside. Lots of free parking nearby.

LA's pride and joy, Porto's does not disappoint! It really is the perfect cafe to pick up birthday or festive baked goods from! I love their coffee, their tres leches cake, and empanada. The cheese ball with veggies inside was not good. There was a longggg line but the service was good and efficient!

I've been here maybe 4 times times. And every time I come here I get my usual items. I get the potato balls, spinach and cheese pastry, empanadas and some cheese rolls. I went home and I got someone else's order. The crazy part of it is she read all my items to me and charged me. So she got it right on paper but unfortunately she grabbed the wrong box. The other disappointed item was the cake. Before you were able to order custom cakes. Now you basically get one size and it's any of the small cakes they have . So I left without ordering a cake.

Ah, this review update has been in my drafts for some time so, I had to clear my drafts out. A plethora of reviewers have consistently raved about the food from the savory potato balls, sandwiches, meat pies to the delicious sweets in the bakery. All of it is solid. My favorite reigning champ is the potato ball with ground beef. There is also the seasonal turkey potato ball which I've tried a while back, tasty but not my favorite. As for sweets, the cheese roll pastry is delicious! The weekend lines are long but the staff keeps it moving. Staff that I have encountered are super efficient and nice. Parking in the nearby structure is very busy. If you are not a fan of the structure and okay with walking a block or two, street parking is available. 4 stars.

finally a new location visit for me since I almost 10/10 times go to the burbank or glendale location only. so I was very excited to see this new store front and compare it to the others. When you walk in the same concept as the rest. two lines and barista center right in the middle. Same menu, same lines, same quality tasting baked goods! so of course I got the cheese rolls and guava cheese rolls. Along with the other pick ups that I normally get. However, this was my first time seeing the horchata cold brew so I couldn't pass that up at all this time and ordered it. the horchata cold brew was sooo goood! It had the perfect blend of sugar and cinnamon! I enjoyed every sip of it! Service is great, fast, and very easy! Just say parking sucks here but if your lucky you can find parking in the back in the small garage they have. Thanks portos for another great visit and great tasting baked goods and coffee!

It was my first time at the downey location and I was surprised at how easy and accessible parking is. Granted we came at 5pm on a weekday and I'm certain it is probably a bit more difficult during their peak hours. Line was quick to order our food and desserts. I absolutely love the quality of the bread. Each sandwich had the perfect softness and crunch with each bite. Fernanda who was working the dining area was sweet and attentive to everyone. They also had latin music playing in the background! I was totally feeling their music selection. Everyone who knows Portos loves it. Tip- take a sweater. It gets cold inside.

Porto's is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant!!!! The selection of pastries isincredible, with a variety of traditional Cuban treats that were both visually appealing and delicious. I always get the besitos, and they were absolutely divine - buttery, and filled with Dulce de leche. My wife absolutely loved the Dulce de leche latte, she said it was the best coffee she's ever tried. I know the place is very chaotic but it's always worth it for me!

As soon as you walk in you're immediately greeted and helped. I ordered two dozen cheese rolls, a dozen potato balls, a fruit tart, and other random pastries. On the right side, it looks like they have more pastries/options on display than the left cafe side. Lines moved really fast and they're so efficient with each step. The female took our order and proceeded to prepare our goodies. I love that she double checked if I wanted to add anything extra after packing the goodies because while waiting I was getting tempted but would have felt bad ordering more when she already had finished. We got checked out immediately and was on our way. I like how they provided baking instructions My favorites are the cheese rolls and potato balls. Everything was so pretty and I'm sure just as tasty. I didn't get to try everything immediately but the fruit tart was good even after sitting for a bit. This place is so spacious with plenty of seating. Watching the workers was like watching a well oiled machine. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. Come grab a dozen pastries and be on your way or order an empanada and some coffee as you sit and take in the world.

I've been coming to this location (Downey) for years, even after they opened the West Covina location (which I'm closer to) and this is still my favorite. The music here is incredible, makes me feel like I'm in Cuba. The service is top tier, as they are patient with you when choosing your items. Plus, they take the food and beverage to your table. Fernanda was a gem, as she came around to check on us. We had the Cubano (which is a staple), with a crispy bread, pickles and mustard. We also had the steak Torta which is loaded with meat and salsa. We tried 3 flavors of the potato ball, Regular, cheese and pepper and turkey and gravy (which taste like thanksgiving in a ball!) The spinach and feta empanada which a little too much bread, not enough filling. The drinks were amazing, dulce de leches is my favorite and the mango smoothie is as you're biting into a juice mango. The service was quick and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Don't sleep on their salads! Their seasonal salad is very good! It comes with parmesan, candied pecans, mixed fresh greens, apples, pomegranate, chicken. The veggies are always fresh. I dont even need dressing it's flavorful without dressing Porto's does it again , love coming here for lunch. Although you need at least 1 hr lunch break to be able to eat here. You have to park, wait in line, order, pay and wait for food. Not fast food.

Portos is my go to spot for delicious breakfast and pastries on the go. The items I regularly order are: potato balls, cheese rolls, plantain chips, and the cubano sandwich. For cakes, I really like their mango mousse cake and the milk n berries cake. I recently tried their pumpkin cheesecake... boy is it delicious!! Possibly my favorite pumpkin cheesecake so far! It's made with a chocolate cookie crumb pie crust, the flavor is on point and it's not overwhelmingly sweet. I wish I bought the whole pumpkin cheesecake but that would be a bad idea lol Service is always fast, nice and on point. I haven't had any bad experiences at any of their locations yet. The lines are long but it always goes by quick. The parking lot is busy but I've always had luck with finding a spot since there's a lot of people leaving. Definitely worth the trip!

I've been enjoying Porto's for some years now, but I haven't had a chance to write a review! The last time I visited this Portos location was on Wednesday, October 9th a little after 9:30 AM to pick up some goodies for my coworkers' birthday. This place was sure packed on a weekday morning. I easily placed an order and paid online at 6:30 AM (right when it opened) for pickup later in the morning. I ordered the following (prices as of October 2024): ++Dozen Cheese Roll - $12.95 - Puff pastry with European-style butter with signature cream cheese filling, topped with sugar. - Buttery goodness, this is so yummy! Definitely leans on the sweeter side. It's tasty when warmed up or by itself in regular room temperature. ++Dozen Potato Ball - $15.85 - Potato puree filled with original picadillo (Cuban style ground beef with onion, bell pepper, olive and Spanish seasonings) with a crispy panko crust - More bang for your buck when you buy in dozens vs one by one. I love these potato balls, especially with some ketchup lol. So good. They also came piping hot so don't forget to air out the box when you deliver them (the box was warped when I brought it out). ++ Chocolate Raspberry Round - $31.75 - chocolate cake layered with signature whipped choc ganache + raspberry jam. Finished with dark choc ganache + white/dark choc curls. - Delicious, this was the first time I tried this cake. Since my in-laws usually order the Parisian Chocolate Round. This cake is decadent, definitely leans on the sweet side. But, I like how this cake is a mix of chocolate with a small layer of fruity raspberry jam. I also ordered separately: ++2x Almond Croissant $5.30 - Croissant made with Euro style butter filled with almond cream and topped wit sliced CA almonds and powdered sugar - This was the first time trying an almond croissant from Portos and it did not disappoint. It was a decent size and hit the spot. ++2x Meat Pie $2.80 - Puff pastry filled with picadillo -Pretty yummy, my husband wolfed it down when I brought it back home. The interior is the same as the regular potato balls ++Refugiado $1.35 - Guava and Cheese Roll - Puff pastry with signature cream cheese filling and guava jam -A classic, I always like guava cheese rolls from Portos. I ended up gifting this to my coworker :) Parking: They have their own parking structure available, which can get busy with people coming in and out. Since this was the first time I came to this store by myself, I actually parked in a nearby lot not too far away. This lot was a little bit more calm to get in and out. Tip: I highly recommend placing an online order for pickup. Unfortunately, you can only do this on the same day, but it saved me a lot of time coming into the store since the pickup line moved faster than the regular line. All in all, I'll definitely consider coming back the next time I'm craving Portos!

Wow the shortest line over ever had to wait at would be at this location! Speedy service, super busy but barely a line, great parking.

Although the line was outrageous, Porto's was amazing; I am out of here in 30 minutes with all of the last minute desserts I needed for all the festivities. They did not have my favorite chocolate kisses, but I don't need those ( they have dulce de leche instead for the season ). I'll get those in February. They were so efficient The line was actually shorter when I left

This place is pretty much always packed, there's people everywhere, BUT everything is very fast. The lines always seem long, but the orders are taken quickly. Everything is ready rapidly. On top of that, everything Ive tried has been amazing. I would recommend the cheese rolls and fruit tart. The inside is pretty big, there's lines on two sides of the space to make service quicker and there's a lot of seating too. I've never had a problem finding parking in the back either. The price of everything is pretty good and not too expensive

I was in the area and doing some shopping and saw Porto's. I've only had it at work events but going in myself was great. The food was Hot and Fresh, and the selection was also amazing. The service was quick don't let the long line intimidate you they move very fast and the staff is kind. The seating is good and the outside patio makes for a very chill vibe.

Second time I tried Porto's, first time to an actual location. This trip, I had the mango mousse and guava lemonade. I am so glad I saw this lemonade. I was just going to get a hot tea. This was amazing! I'd love to try a meal here next time. Line was very long on a Saturday, but overall not too bad.

If you're looking for the Ube Match, this location doesn't have it. Only low rating due to inaccurate updates from business. Saw that other people were ordering the Ube Matcha from their West Covina location and it has returned. I didn't catch it last season and really wanted to try it. I checked Yelp page for this location and it was updated from business that Ube Matcha was back as well. We tried to order Ube Matcha and staff told us they don't have it and it was replaced by Pumpkin Spice this season. West Covina have both Ube Matcha and Pumpkin Spice. We chose to come to this location as it was on the way to work. We needed a cake for someone special. We love their Milk N' Berry! If you like tres leches type of cakes, you would love it too. If you don't like wet cakes, stray away. Mamey Shake- my colleague loves it, they described it similar to a papaya. I beg to differ and didn't like it one bit, it tasted more like a really sweet creamy carrot shake. Try it for yourself.

Porto's is an automatic first place to go when visiting the area. It's truly amazing to see the amount of people that are willing to stand in line to order boxes of delicious baked goods, or sandwiches, or even specialty drinks. And service is awesome because they really move the lines and are patient and friendly as they serve their customers. The baked goods are awesome. The sandwiches are awesome. The drinks are awesome. There's always a table available to dine. I haven't tried their cakes, but again, there's a line so it must be delicious. It's very lively and happy place to see and hear the people enjoying a wonderful meal at Porto's.

I was able to order online and pick up with such a breeze! When ordering online, I woke up around 630am to place a pick up for 815am the same day to bring for my staff. I haven't been to Porto's in so long, I completely forgot how affordable the pastries are! I order a dozen of the potato balls for $15.75 ($1.31 each), half dozen of the spinach empanada for $1.39 each, and half dozen chicken croquette for $1.45 each. Each pastry had the perfect amount of filling and tasted uniquely great! I chose the spinach empanada for my vegetarian staff but it turned out to be a hit with everyone and I wish I bought more! I will def go back and do online orders again because when picking up my order that early on a thursday, the place was packed and lines were already long.

Don't let the lines deter! Service was efficient and very pleasant. In fact having to wait a bit gave me a chance to peruse the menu and variety of baked goods and coffees. Highly recommend the special french toast! As soon as it arrivef my party descended on it so sorry, no photo. Tables both indoors and outdoors available. Seating was kept clean and attended by friendly staff. Other highly recommended items: meat pies, potato balls, croissants, pineapple empanada. This bakery is definitely a must visit!

I can't remember the last time I came to Porto's and It wasn't good. This time was just like every single other time I have came to Porto's. So I was in California for the week with my girlfriend and we decided to make a stop by Porto's as we love the food here and wanted to also get some pastries for our families back in Las Vegas. The employees here are always so nice and pleasant to talk to, they take care of you promptly even though the place is jam packed. The place itself is very nice and open apart from the fact that it's damn near about to explode. The only problem I have with Porto's is the parking situation but what can you expect from such a great place with exceptional service am I right? A lot of items so excuse me for the lengthy review. Drinks Strawberry / Banana smoothie - This drink was really nice as it was sweet but not overbearing, the whipped cream on the top was a nice added touch. Strawberry / Matcha Latte - Personally I'm a sucker for matcha and with the strawberry combination it's always going to be a hit. The bitterness from the matcha is tranquilized by the sweetness of the strawberry. Chicken Milanesa Sandwich - my girl got this plate and I can say it's sooo good, the chicken is cooked to perfection and it's nicely breaded. The bread is very soft and the avocado inside is very fresh. The mariquita is very tasty and has a nice crunch to it (fried plantain). Lechón plate (Slow Roasted Pork) - alright where do I even start. This is the same plate I get every time I visit Porto's. Why? Due to the fact that I love the taste of the savory pork and the sweet and vinegar taste of the onions. The beans are traditional Cuban black beans and the fried plantains are nice, soft, and sweet. Food - 10 / 10 Service - 9.5 / 10 Setting - 9 / 10 Total - 9.5 / 10

My wife was Hungary so, we came to our favorite spot Porto's in Downey. The cashier was Karina C., she was so attentive, very kind & had a gracious smile as she took our order. We find so many good associates within, no matter what job they are managing. Sincerely, Jim & Martha

Ordered a tres leches cake the night prior. When I arrived for pickup, there was no line, so I spoke to the host right away & had my cake within five minutes. Fastest Portos service I've ever had. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming as well. The cakes are always delicious and of high quality.

Whenever we drive or fly down to SoCal, we always make sure to make at least one stop at Porto's! Though lines are long and feels chaotic - like "airport vibes" everything is very well organized. Customer service is top tier and each customer has one designated employee helping them to ensure your order is perfect. Pro tip: if you order a sandwich (our favorite is the Cuban and Milanese) you get complimentary plantain chips when you dine in. The plantain chips were so good, we had to take a box to go!

I have been to this location countless times and can say it gets busy during certain times of the day. The line is always long but it moves quickly. I love all the Porto's treats and the variety of cakes and food that they offer! I am a fan of the sandwiches and also the potato balls! Don't forget to also try their coffees and assorted fruit seasonal drinks! The ambiance can be loud and busy during peak hours of the day. I have seen the line go out of the door all the way to the parking lot on certain occasions. This location does have a parking structure or a valet option as well. All the food here is reasonably priced which makes people come back for more! Next time you're here make sure you order the new cinnamon bun or the peach tartlet which has cream and a tiny zest of lime! A very refreshing treat right in time for the summer!

I love their breads and cakes! Not too sweet, but just perfect. Very good also as "pasalubong" or gift to all occasions and potluck to parties.

Ordered online for some cheese rolls. They are amazing! People come out in multiple bags/boxes. The online order line is smaller. Wish I can order sandwiches online too. The regular line is always huge, it's outside of the bakery.

Love this Porto's. Always busy, with a line to go in, but totally worth it. Line goes quickly, they work efficiently at this location. Their baked goods and food are delicious! Quality made and very affordable. See the photos I posted for an idea of cost. Bakery is clean with plenty room to sit and enjoy, indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend, enjoy!

I love Porto's! There's not much more to say! Besides the fact that it is always packed and there is a big possibility of a line out the door and around the corner, I have no complaints. I love their coffee(Dulce de leche latte is a big deal for a reason it's so creamy and delicious), their sandwiches ( I really liked the Ropa vieja), and of course their baked goods ( guava refugiado! To die for) and breads! Potato balls, and cakes! I do recommend coming on a week day and not at lunch time if you want to get in quickly, you can also order through the app to pick up your items which is convenient as well.

I wish they would bring back their crème brûlée. They have the best. They keep saying oh we're gonna bring it back, but I have been waiting. Please bring it back.

I always came for the pastries (guava and cheese, specifically) but then I discovered the French toast. It is hands down the best French toast I've ever had. The bread itself is good, but then it is stuffed and topped with fruit and a delicious sauce- just perfection. Once in a while I'll take a day off work just so I can come here for breakfast on a weekday. The line is always long no matter what day or time, so be prepared to wait.

Location: 1/1 Usually packed, but they are efficient, so I've never felt like I was waiting for an excessive amount of time. Staff is very friendly. Possibility of a Future Visit & Recommendation: 1/1 The standout items like the Red Velvet Cake make Porto's Bakery worth revisiting. However, be aware they tend to sell out of popular cakes quickly, especially during the holiday season. I recommend visiting early to secure your favorite treats.

Just a day before Thanksgiving busy morning at Portos bakery great atmosphere great flow early mornings 7 AM. I was greed and helped to bh the employee name Nataly. I would like to give her a shout out because she has a great customer service. She's very patient very nice with her bright smile make me feel comfortable and welcome to the bakery all the stuff. There is very energized and very happy to be at work today, it's my nearest bakery, which I always love coming stopping by as well. Of course I did approach to Enrique, which was the manager there today and I let him know about Nataly and the great customer service she gave me.

First time at this location. Delicious as usual! The Plato de Lechon was amazing. The beans were so flavorful. The fruit tart is my go to and it didn't disappoint. The pork tamale was moist and had just the right amount of pork in it. Sara provided excellent customer service and was patient with our order.

I've been coming to this location since I was little, but it has been a bit since my last visit. But wow, so much has changed since my last visit. I still don't like the parking situation as it is a bit hard to find parking since it is just so busy. The selection of pastries seems to have changed a bit since my last visit, but they were still just as delicious as I remember! It is much more organized than what I remember it used to be, which is fantastic! The lines, however, are just as long. The staff works fast, they do their best to keep the lines moving. They are also super patient with you, and do their best to recommend favorites if you don't quite know what you want to get. They also ensure that you get everything and don't forget any pastries. My favorite of the batch I got was the spinach and feta empanada. I just love how crispy and flaky it was. The filling was just perfect, with a good balance of cheese and spinach. Honestly, I would say any of the pastries you choose would be delicious. I haven't had anything I didn't like. I also did get a cake slice, however, it didn't quite measure up to be as delicious as the pastries, but are still good.

I was at this location yesterday. We we're having brunch. Tray helped us. He is amazing. So kind and attentive. Maria came to our table to see how we were doing. My husband told her it was my birthday. She came back with a fruit tart and sang me happy birthday song. The entire place sang with her. They made my day.

Food never disappoints here. I"ve had almost all their cakes and they are all delicious & I love that they have horchata cold brew. However, one time I came to order a cake and they took over half an hour for my order. I asked a couple different times to a couple different staff members and after telling the cashier that I've been waiting a long time, she went to look for my order and said that the order had been there and she apologized and gave me the torta for free. I wish I remembered her name because she was reassuring. It was a disappointing experience and personally I think they need to have a better system with the orders. Also always a long wait line to order. I've done order pickups in the last and had a better experience.

The food is delicious and the pastries are perfect- not too sweet. Got a guava lemonade that was so refreshing on a hot day. Also tried a Dulce de Leche Latte iced coffee. Highly recommend!

One of the best bakeries in all of Downey, from start to finish the service, quality and cleanliness is excellent. The pastries are delicious and there's lots of options to choose from. The sandwiches are very tasty. Special thanks to Porto's for supporting Veterans.

My family in and out of town love PORTO's, the lines can get long but they move quickly as there is many staff helping all the customers out! My family loves their cheese rolls, guava and cheese streudals and all of their cakes are priced great plus taste amazing and can feed many people! Porto's is a fast paced bakery, but I love their great customer service, it's quick and love their recommendations! Parking can get filled quickly, but everyone is always going in and out!

Dear Porto's Management, I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years; I drive over an hour to get to your store. During the holidays, I pick up the usual, sweets and savory. Every New Years Eve we pick up the Dulce de Leche log, amongst other great goodies, this year you were a complete let down. Service at the pick up station- cake area. Guy working the register with the artistic and styled mustache over charged me for the three additional Guava pastelitos and on top of that I was given the ones with cheese. The dessert, first one was cracked, I advised and they brought me another one with a different crack. When I politely asked what's going on, I was given attitude by the girl helping. At the end, I was provided a new Christmas log by a different supervisor. When I got home, I noticed it was old and dry, as if it was made days before. Rocas De Reyes: Not small like before, they are now larger and tasteless, also dry. I will rethink returning here, seems like the quality of products have gone down hill and the service is not what it was.

Got a big order, 10 dozens of assorted breads/pastries. The website takes order only for the day. I need it in the morning, called to orders. It was easy and very convenient. Pick up the next day was quick. They have a very organized system. I love Portos.
