PORTER Omotesando Store

A very nice store with comprehensive selection. Everything here are great with some exclusive to the store. Got a gift for myself. And applaud to the Staff with excellent customer service and able to speak simple English. I will definitely come here again for more!

Porter fans and anyone interested in handmade, comfortable bags made in Japan with long-lasting performance should visit this store, Porter’s largest in Japan. They offer the most extensive stock and limited-edition items. If you’re in Japan, make sure to check it out. They’re located in the heart of Omotesando shopping district. Ask for Q; she’s been with Porter for eight years and is always super friendly and knowledgeable.

A neat little store to visit. High quality Japanese made bags. They have a range of sling bags, crossbody bags, backpacks and wallets, plus some small accessories.

Very spontaneous visit. Came back with a brand new backpack. Very nice staff and good service. We had so much fun in the store. The quality of the products is so good by the way! Thank you, Porter Omotesando!

I came here twice, there is a waiting line. sometimes quite long, sometimes short queue. there is limitation of customer to enter the store to control the crowd. the store is open exactly at 12PM. I heard that Porter bags will last for years through tough usage. I also see it from the fabric they used. they also have some collaboration with other brand such as Converse. in the first floor mostly filled with casual used and second floor is kore exclusive. you can also get tax free here, dont forget to bring your passport here if you want to get one! :)

Came here after a happy purchase at Porter Cloakroom Kyoto and was totally blown away. I thought the service at Kyoto was already top notch but the staff here especially Mr Takuho Nakano was the true definition of above and beyond. I was assisted to buy a bag of my choice and was given very nice advice as expected; however the highlight of the shopping experience was before we left the store, Mr Takuho Nakano realized that one of our shopping bags from New Balanc* was torn and damaged due to the rain and not having a rain cover on it. He then proceeded to offer us a porter shopping bag, and not only that, he packaged it as though we were buying another porter bag! Complete with a rain cover! It was so funny that inside the fancy looking shopping bag was my shoes inside a half wet box. All in all it was truly a one of a kind experience and I really recommend this place.

Porter bags are utilitarian EDC bags that will last for years through tough usage. Large selection of standard and exclusive collections between the two floors, with the first floor filled with mostly casual and Tanker style items, and the top floor with business oriented items. Absolutely loved the shopping experience with the friendly staff who took the time to explain and recommend items based on my preference. I’ll be coming back here every trip to Tokyo for a souvenir that will last for many years.

Many interesting collab pieces in stock, in addition to displaying a wide range of their regular items. Staff were proactive in recommending pieces to help me narrow down my options.
