We love it here so much, the food is amazing and fun. The kids love ordering and receiving the food by bullet train. The sushi is always so fresh and a wonderful variety. The kids love the warm toilet seats. There is free parking underneath and there always seems to be room when we come. Thank you for always being so great to us!

I recently visited a restaurant and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. For the price, the portion size was quite small and not at all worth the cost. To make matters worse, the sashimi itself was far from fresh. I even found fish bones inside, so I had to send it back whole thing, which really threw off the whole experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality or value.
On top of the disappointing sashimi, the yam tempura was another letdown. It was more like boiled yam than the crispy, light tempura you’d expect. The texture was off, and it was incredibly oily, which made it unpleasant to eat. Overall, the meal felt like a poor value and left a lot to be desired.

Accidentally found this place while in Calgary for business. Felt like having some Japanese food and this place was such a pleasant surprise. Novel way of ordering and getting your food delivered to your table. Once you're seated, you place your order using the "iPad" and hit Order. After a few minutes, your food and drinks get delivered via a "bullet train" on a conveyor belt. Pretty cool. Pricing was really reasonable and quality was good. Friendly staff, as well. Bill total was just over $25, including taxes and tip for my chicken karaage, miso soup, gomaae, tofu and ginger ale, I was full.

Great sushi for a reasonable price. The salmon sashimi was my favourite with 3 bigger than average slices. Also the cowboy roll and shrimp salmon roll were very good! The atmosphere was also very cool with the bullet trains that stop right at your table minutes after you order! Definitely will be coming back soon!

Point Sushi has an interesting concept with its conveyor belt-style dining, which is a cool spectacle and adds a unique touch to the experience. However, the food left me feeling underwhelmed overall. The sushi, unfortunately, was subpar and didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of flavor and freshness, which was disappointing given the emphasis on variety and convenience.
On the bright side, their ramen was the standout dish for me. It was flavorful and comforting, definitely worth trying if you plan to visit. Pairing it with a bottle of Ramune made for a delightful combo, adding a nostalgic twist to the meal. That said, the portion sizes of their yam fries were underwhelming, leaving me wanting more and feeling like they didn’t quite justify the price.
While the dining concept is fun and visually engaging, the quality of the food overall didn't quite live up to the hype for me. It’s a decent spot if you’re in it for the novelty and want to try something different, but if you're looking for truly satisfying sushi, you might want to look elsewhere. Ultimately, I’d say go for the ramen, enjoy the experience, but keep your expectations in check.

Amazing fun! Sushi and sashimi were very fresh! Wish my kids ate more than hit dogs and pizza, this would be such a fun place to come.
First orders took a bit to arrive, the rest arrived very quickly. We ordered from all over the menu, every item was very good.

A must try! Everything was pretty delicious. The soup was okay but having hot seasoning with it made up for it being a little simple. Food is fresh and delivered quickly on a cute train right to your table. Dishes were cleared promptly. The only thing to watch out for is to not sit close to kitchen as if you do your “train” can be seen from where you are sitting and you don’t get the same effect of getting your food delivered which is what this place is all about. Thanks you to awesome friendly team there!

• Recently visited Point Sushi in Calgary, and the overall experience was disappointing.
• Sushi Rolls:
• The rice was too wet and overly moist, which ruined the texture.
• After frying, the rolls became sticky and unpleasant, losing the refreshing quality sushi should have.
• Sashimi:
• The sashimi was fresh and of good quality, the only satisfying part of the meal.
• Hope the restaurant can improve their sushi preparation to enhance the overall dining experience.
