Amazing atmosphere, love the playlist 🎶 food was so good I forgot to take pictures of everything 🙈 my favourite was the desert, we had the whiskey cake, with the vanilla ice cream! Best I’ve eaten in a very long time 🥰 I love that everything is local and organic, beautiful, generous and necessary concept! The food tastes authentic, can’t recommend more! And try the Portuguese Douro wine 😉

Had a lovely dinner here last night as a table of four. Four is a great number as we got to order more dishes to try. We were advised 3-4 dishes per person and we ordered 10 hot dishes, the hummus and two breads but definitely over ordered for our group. Food was great. Stand out dishes for me were the ox tongue and the wild boar croquettes. Both were deliciously braised and rich with flavour. The sauces on both dishes complemented the star ingredients very well. Service was good, the food came to the table very quickly after ordering and kept coming. Waiting staff were nice and friendly too. I thought some of the dishes missed the mark slightly on taste but more personal preference. The collection of dishes sat on the saltier side for me.

It is very nice here. The service is excellent, kind and knowledgeable. The menu itself is a little confusing, It would've been good to know what of the sharing menu was cold plates as it was quite surprising to have very cold ox tongue! The food itself was very good. Especially the hake. I give it 4 stars for the service but don't think I'd return, considering other options in Bristol at this price point.

Tasty old fashioned with clear ice, delicious oysters, outstanding risotto, tasty boar, delightful after dinner drink and a super yummy dessert. Well decorated inside with solid vibes, funky music playlist, good service, fresh ingredients cooked and salted perfectly. This place gets it and you should too, chill out and enjoy.

We recently visited this restaurant and while the food was fairly good, the service was seriously lacking. Our waitress was not very attentive, which was disappointing but not a dealbreaker. However, things took a turn for the worse when we decided to reduce the 12.5% tip due to the mediocre service. The waitress became extremely rude, loudly announcing it to the entire restaurant in a way that was clearly meant to embarrass us. She then grabbed our card and tapped it herself without showing us the amount on the card machine, which felt very disrespectful. To make matters worse, she didn't even ask if we wanted a receipt and just ran off without printing one. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way, but unfortunately, our experience was tainted by her actions. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place to others.

This place absolutely smacks. The food was so, so delicious. Life changing experience. And I've been on vacation trying farm to table places in London, etc. This 1 was my favorite. Absolutely delicious. I never leave reviews but this place earned it wholeheartedly

Literally have never been to a restaurant where I haven't had any citricisms after until this one! I have no complaints- food was delicious and staff were so friendly. Loved the mussels in the soupy sauce and the venison was the first venison I've had that I actually liked. Amazing vibes as well. Hidden gem in Stokes Croft!

So expensive and with no reason... Even for tapas it's extreme. The food is ok at best. It's either too salty or doesn't have flavour at all. It took forever for the food to arrive. The desserts were not tasty at all. Our waitress was very kind and helpful but we had the feeling that we needed to chase them to get service. It is very crowded so it was noisy and hard to speak. I'm all good with spending lots of money on good food, but this is not the case (and the place). Again, very friendly and kind staff
