"In a land infatuated with barbecue and seafood, vegetarians may feel like there’s nothing for them in Korea. Enter Plant, a veganbakery and restaurant that even omnivores will relish. At two locations in Itaewon, the company strives to serve plant-based food that’s wholesome, healthy, comforting, and, most importantly, delicious. Hit the cozy bakery for sweets like cakes, muffins, and cookies (the luscious gingerbread-pumpkin cake is a must-try), or head to the hip restaurant for an international medley of salads, sandwiches, and entrées. If you’re not sure what to order, go for crowd-pleasers like the lentil burrito bowl, avocado burger, or chickpea mash sandwich."

So many vegan pastries and baked goods I bought several to take back to Okinawa. I had their seasonal eggnog—something I have t had since going vegan, and for lunch I had their hummus salad full of wonderful kale, micro 🥬 greens, and other salad 🥗 greens along with a generous serving of squash.

I had a Sunday brunch here. Food: I ordered Mushroom Burger 🍔 and Berry Blast smoothie. The Berry Blast smoothie was good, the Mushroom Burger was also good. However, the price was a bit expensive for the quantity. Overall 4/5. The main workers here are Europeans, not Koreans. Therefore, there was a stark difference in the service and courtesy compared to Korean restaurants I have been to, I believe that's what other people have pointed as "rude" in some reviews here. I think that's a fair point from other people. The workers here can put a bit more smile on their faces, and be more friendly than straightforward and blunt. Overall 3/5. Atmosphere: The sitting atmosphere was good and had positive vibes. However, there were areas which need repair and cleaning. The overall place including kitchen, their store next to the bathroom seems small. Although the sitting area is good, the remaining area does need some improvement. Overall 3.5/5. Overall 3/5.

Lovely staff and cute vibes, food was really tasteless. Had the roasted veg wrap, the portions are massive (way too much) and the veggies are wet, cold and the sauce is really not nice. Really gutted because the wrap looks incredible but is really lacking in taste. The cauliflower bites though were delicious!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this vegan restaurant! The portions were generous and delicious—truly satisfying. However, a small heads-up for first-timers: on our first visit at 20:50, we were told the kitchen had closed early, despite the posted closing time of 21:00, which was quite disappointing. But, giving it another chance the next day definitely paid off—it was worth it!

It’s packed on weekends— Pretty cozy cafe. We ordered Cauliflower Buffalo, Soba Bowl, Hummus Bowl + Toast, and Hot Chai. Not too sure if these contain alliums, so do check with staff before you order ;) All were tasty, and I wish I had a bigger stomach to try more! Total bill for the dine-in food cost: 43,500 won (~43.50 SGD). Lastly, grabbed a snack to go 😋

A must for vegans in Seoul. Affordable prices and cozy atmosphere. Mostly for expats, but a welcome break from Korean restaurant and rich of original recipes with an international touch.

The food is delicious! I went there a few times during my time in Seoul last September and it was the perfect spot. I loved their Carbonara pasta, their cakes and the "chicken" sandwich. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Seoul.
