Pink Plantation

We had lunch here and did not stay. The grounds are beautiful and the views are breathtaking however the service was terrible and unfriendly. The food was below average and extremely expensive. The shrimp kebab was $48 but only came with 2 shrimps. It's unacceptable!

I have never eaten in a more beautiful location, absolutely stunning, and the food didn't disappoint either. We both had the Pink House Salad and it was divine. An absolute gem of a find, if you get the chance, go there for a lunch you'll never forget.

Great location. Google maps got confused a bit. We retraced and found it on a road below. They accommodated us for lunch without a reservation. Portions were small but very flavorful. The polenta (side) was very good.

Lovely restaurant in an old plantation house in the hills above the port and capital Castries. Sits within green peaceful tropical gardens, the restaurant provides lovely food, well presented and served, with beautiful and colourful furnishings, paintings and pottery designed by the owner Michelle Elliott. Well worth a visit 🙂

The best restaurant on the island.. Set in a beautiful rainforest setting overlooking Castries port it's stunning. The staff were friendly the food was excellent try the breadfruit balls.. Yummy.. And the pottery on sale at restaurants is the perfect island souvenir. Will visit again

As you can see from the pictures, the Pink Plantation is a gem of a place. Part cafe, part art gallery, and part lush garden that is a 100 percent reflection of St. Lucian hospitality and elegance. Order their famous crab back appetizer. It’s an island delicacy that’s not to be missed and get some pepper sauce on the side. If crab isn’t your thing, then get the Accara for a real taste of the Caribbean. The chefs use local seafood, fruit, and vegetables to create deliciousness that’s memorable. All the entrees are grilled and come with tasty sauces. We had grilled dorado with creole sauce, jumbo shrimp with the coconut curry sauce, and grilled lamb chops with garlic butter sauce.The yummy homestyle sides include rice, christophene gratin, plantains, local veggies, and salad that made the meals an authentic taste of the island. The drinks are fresh and can be ordered with or without rum. We had tamarind, passionfruit, and a fresh pina colada that were so refreshing. For a sweet ending- treat yourself to dessert. We had a light cheesecake with either a mango or passionfruit topping. I’ve been fortunate to visit over the years and it’s one of the highlights along with its sister restaurant The Coal Pot.

Delicious food and more reasonably priced than some of the other upscale restaurants. We had the catch of the day with coconut curry sauce. I wanted to eat that sauce with everything it was so good. Comes with a ton of sides too. The view of Castries is nice but the gardens steal the show. Great service as well.

Came here for Lunch one day whilst on holiday and would thoroughly recommend the restaurant. Delicious food and great views. I had the Lamb and it was delicious. Good portion size too!
