Pinchos Bar and Grill

First off, view was amazing. Secondly, the food was delicious. My only down side is the speed of service, and how little we see the wait staff. We were dining for almost 2.5 hours from when we sat down and ordered our first beverage until the check came. Like I said, food, view and atmosphere were top notch, but know it will not be a quick meal, and that’s fine, just a little different than I have personally experienced in Aruba.

Wonderful meal and great service in a unique setting right on the water. An easy walk from the Renaissance Wind Creek. If you're staying farther away, it's worth the trip. They'll call a taxi for you at the end of your meal.

Server Roberto unfortunately ruined our evening here. From the moment he became our server he was curt and uncaring towards my wife and I. When ordering only drinks and appetizers to start with the response was "what, no dinner?" and he left in a huff. Over the next hour we only saw him twice, once when he picked up our plates (another server dropped off the food) and once to drop off the bill, guess dessert is off the table. The location is fabulous and the food was good but his attitude was awful and coming from USA I honestly don't expect much but this really took the cake.

We dined at Pinchos Grill on 1/20/25. In our opinion it has everything a successful restaurant has going for it. The reservations were seamless, our table seating was flawless, our waiter KB was the perfect host, the views were spectacular and most important- the food was just superb. We started with ceviche (super fresh), had the garlic shrimp and grouper stew for the main and carrot cake (moist and the fig compote was a nice touch). Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful dinner here at Pincho's during our family trip to Aruba. Excellent atmosphere, very friendly service, and of course the food was fantastic. Our waiter Floyd was very attentive and offered great service. The manager went table to table to be sure everyone was having a pleasurable experience. The live singer on the dock is also a great touch and very tasteful. Just the right background music for a nice dinner. Overall highly recommended.

The views and atmosphere are amazing!! We dined out on the pier which was right over the water at sunset!! Such amazing views! The food was great, but maybe not quite what I expected for the price. Service was great and the chef even came out to check on us.

Choose this place based on reviews for a friend’s birthday dinner while in Aruba. The newest ones are definitely accurate as far as food and service, it was lackluster and the best benefit of the restaurant was being on the water. It’s a gorgeous spot but being open aired so make sure you’re ok to dine without AC. The seafood was overcooked, the mashed potatoes were excellent, and the surf n turf with steak and shrimp was a surprisingly good deal. Service was slow and not very attentive, would have preferred a little more for a birthday celebration. We did appreciate the complimentary dessert and everyone loved watching the fish and taking in the view as we ate. If you’re ok with more of an aesthetic experience than a fine dining experience this would be a great place as it had some fun swings and other areas that would be great for photos or ambience.

Amazing dinner with great views and wait staff! We had the garlic shrimp and the catch of the day, the red snapper. Both were delicious and came with coconut rice and cooked vegetables. When booking our reservation I put in the notes that we were celebrating our honeymoon and at the end of the night when we ordered dessert (crème brûlée - 10/10), it came out with the cutest display as seen in the pictures! Overall I’d highly recommend Pinchos for a nice dinner to enjoy the sunset! Just make sure to make a reservation 😃
