Usually, I am not a Yoga or Pilates person but I wanted to give it a try. In the meantime I book Reformer and Cardio Reformer sessions at Pilates Saigon every week, it’s much fun and I see good progress. The pilates area in the Intercontinental Hotel is a cute and warmhearted place and I love the atmosphere there. Kate is the best trainer, she is really professional, supports me in becoming more flexible, gives great advice and is just a funny and lovingly person. It’s a class with a maximum of 5 people what makes it a safe space and ensures that the trainers can help you a lot during the exercises.

I really love Pilatesaigon and highly recommend it to everyone who would like to perform Pilates exercises. Pilatesaigon is a very nice studio located in the heart of Saigon with lovely and professional instructors and modern equipment. The exercises in each class are designed to match the capabilities of the attendees, ensuring that everyone can particiate effectively and gain the most from the exercises. Having been with Pilatesaigon for more than 2 years, I always find myself relaxed, happy and get fitter after every single class. Situated in the same building with the intercontinental hotel on the second floor. Sessions are done in dual languages vie and eng, max class size is 5 for machine and 4 for mat. Machines are recently upgraded too! Experienced and passionate instructors. The class facilitator / admin is super helpful and friendly. Overall, it's a 5-star experience! Highly recommended to either beginners or seasoned pilates practitioners.

Core strengthening with Mat Works sounds easy but extremely effective with all levels of challenges for you each day. Invested 2 hours MW per week and I was able to kiss neck-shoulder pains goodbye and lost a few kg after 3-4 months. Great facilities and equipments. Sweet and friendly staff. Enthusiastic and amazingly skilled instructors who push you to work harder each class.

As a first timer to Pilates I was skeptical. I decided to give Pilates Saigon a chance and now I’m very happy I did. My core strength is as good as it’s ever been in my life and my flexibility in my lower body has improved vastly. A big thanks to all the instructors for the guidance and motivation. I’m no longer skeptical because they have shown me results. Thanks everyone!

Really great place, feels like home right away! Thuy is giving good feedback and making sure you keep good position and learn the technics. They speak both English and vietnames. Highly recommend!
