I’m giving this place five star strictly on the delicious beef pho! The broth is rich with a very clean taste. The noodles aren’t soggy and the meets are so tender. The service is fast and so so on the friendliness. It’s basically street food with some seating inside. I ate there right before the dinner rush.

We stumbled upon this pho shop around the corner from our hotel (Rex Hotel). Although Hanoi is known for their chicken pho, I really enjoyed the beef pho here! Lovely broth and tender beef slices.
We ordered soy milk drinks which was nice too!

One of my favourite Pho Bo restaurants in Hà Noi. I came here a few years ago and again recently, and the quality remains the same. The broth is full of beef bone flavour and has complexity. There are also generous cuts of meat available. The fried doughnut is also very fresh and has a good texture. Highly recommend the Pho Diac Biet and to come when they are opened - as the beef does get sold out. The food come out quickly, however I've experience that certain herbs are missed sometimes. Saying that, I will continue to come back in the future 👍👍😋😋

“Unforgettable Phở – A True Taste of Hanoi!”
If you’re looking for authentic, no-frills, absolutely delicious phở in Hanoi, Phở Sướng is the place to go. This spot is legendary among locals, and after one bite, it’s easy to see why.
The broth is deep, rich, and incredibly aromatic—slow-simmered to perfection with layers of beefy umami. The noodles are silky and cooked just right, and the beef? Unbelievably tender and flavorful. Whether you go for the classic rare beef (tái) or the fully loaded bowl with brisket and tendon, every bite is a testament to Hanoi’s deep phở tradition.
The setting is simple and unpretentious, exactly how a great phở place should be. Service is fast, portions are generous, and the flavors are as authentic as it gets.
If you’re in Hanoi and love phở, Phở Sướng is a must-visit. One of the best bowls in the city—hands down!

I loved eating soup in Hanoi. All of them were delicious. I liked it best here. The way to a man's heart is through his stomach. A traditional Vietnamese soup kitchen. Thank you for this taste experience and the warmth I felt here.

We came here just after 6am for breakfast, the place was clean. The bowl of Phơ was delicious with some quay, the broth was much more defined than Phơ 10 Ly Quoc Su. I came back the next day.

We went to Pho 10 Ly Quoc Su to try the Michelin 2023/2024 pho but the line is long and the place is small. We switched to Phở Sướng, where our hotel receptionist said that's where the local eat. The pho broth is good; on the sweet side. Overall us four enjoy the phở. Service is nice; can't expect much from a small business.

The beef soup itself is very good. The reason for 4* is the hygiene. The guy that puts everything together, beef, noodles, herbs, does not wear a food glove at all and when he doesn’t serve, he smokes and then not washes his hands afterwards
