Phenomenal wine shop. Everyone who works here really seems to have a fantastic level of knowledge. The shop is a delight, and the selection is very impressive and unique. I love the Westside Provisions district in general, so the location is also a plus. Highly recommended!

The best wine shop in Atlanta. The prices are excellent. The wine selection is fantastic and carefully hand selected by the owner and their staff with wines from around the world. The staff is very knowledgeable; ask them as you come in and they guide you so you find a great bottle of wine. I will definitely recommend trying their weekly tastings, you will learn great things from it. They can custom make a gift basket for any occasion. If you are looking for great quality wine in Atlanta, I will highly recommend visiting Perrine’s wine shop.

The place to buy really good wine. French, Spanish, Portuguese (one of my favorites), Italian and, of course, American. The shop attendants are very knowledgeable and make good recommendations.

Quaint and cozy wine shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff members. They also carry black owned wine brands. Diversity and inclusivity is the best way to prove you are an ally. I will definitely return for more bottles!

Cool wine shop in west midtown right in between burger shack and lulu lemon. Wine prices vary from affordable to up there (not affordable for me - cheers to you if you're getting that top shelf) there's a great variety of selection, it has your whites to reds and all price ranges. There was a wine tasting happening while my partner and I were browsing and breads were being brought out. The staff was knowledgeable and pretty helpful. If you're a wine connoisseur or just enjoy a good wine, and in the area it's worth dropping by to pick up something.

i came in Perrine's Wine again For my second time in a while only to be overlooked while shopping around. it was two people working in the store at the time a lady and a man Saturday 9/1/24 at about 4ish. First off no one acknowledged us when we came in , I shopped around looking for a wine we had purchased previously at your store. No ask if we needed help are anything, so we shopped around waiting for a can I help you and nothing. so I guess I will just let all the people I know like my coworkers, friends etc. don't bother to spend money here!!!!! Very Disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would after the experience I had today. I was at this establishment today Saturday, August 31,2024 around 4:30 PM and my sister and I wanted to grab a few bottles of wine. Upon walking in we weren't even greeted or asked if we needed assistance not once. A white man was assisted and rung up and still no acknowledgement. Your racist behavior lost two customers all because you were being rude and disrespectful. I will be sure to spread the word for everyone I know to never step foot in your store! I have never been so disgusted before but you made a believer out of me today. Either treat all customers right or CLOSE!!!

I have been a member for years! I absolutely LOVE this place! I was so excited when they added a delivery service. The delivery driver is so nice. She is always smiling and I so happy to see her!

I had a great time at the wine tasting. The wine shop is very appealing to the eye! It's also in a great location called the Interlock. They also carry great cheeses, crackers, & meats if you need to do a quick charcuterie board to go with the wine you purchase. I really wished they carried a selection of "cava" I loved the wine knowledge I received from the young man I can't remember his name....he was great!

Perrine's is my go to shop for wine. Sometimes I know what I want, and sometimes I don't. I love being able to come here, tell them my price range and maybe a broad type. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and have always been a tremendous help. I recently did one of their tastings and had so much fun. I recommend anyone looking for a go to wine shop, to check out Perrine's.

We have enjoyed shopping for and learning about wine at Perrine's for years. Love the monthly wine club which always contains delicious surprises! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and it is great that they keep a record of what we have bought previously when we want "that Sancerre we loved".

Super awesome people and service! I 100% will be back. I came in looking for a bottle of wine to gift. Since I'm fairly new to the wine drinking, I knew I would need some help. I walked in and immediately was greeting by Claudio before the door even closed behind me. I told him what I was looking for and he asked me for my price range. He picked a perfect bottle to gift and a perfect bottle for me to try out! Claudio also gave me a brief history of the wines he helped my pick out and was clearly super knowledgeable on all of them. Since I told him it was a gift, he also suggested some chocolates to pair with the wine and pointed me in the right direction. I was planning on putting together a basket and asked him if they had anything that might do the trick. Turns out they sell their wine crates for $10 each! He asked what else I was planning to put in it and brought out a couple crates for me to pick from and even got it all set up for me. I was super surprised by how attentive he was. I didn't expect for him to practically put together the basket for me but I'm so glad he did because it would not have looked that nice if I did. He made me aware of their wine club and I'm really considering the different membership tiers but didn't push me on it. They also do private wine tastings. I am so excited to gift this basket and I can't wait to head back in and pick up another bottle for myself! Parking can be a little bit limited if you're trying to park in the lot right in front of the shop but there's also parking in the back and in the garage as well.

Discovered this gem on my drive home one night. Game changer. I originally stopped in because it's right down the street from my apartment, and now I'm a regular. No better place to stock up on your wine. Tons of different options that'll fit whatever budget you have. Their wines are separated into old and new world which makes it easy to browse and select. Bethany Taylor is usually the one working when I go, but everyone else has been equally as helpful. They're very knowledgeable and really care about learning what your preferences are, answering any questions, and providing great recommendations. Love going to learn more about different kinds of wine and leaving with delicious and various types of red. This place makes wine shopping fun. The experience blows buying wine from your grocery store of choice out of the water. Best part is that you're supporting a local business with great people as well. Could not recommend it more!

Although I am an Instagram follower of Perrine's, this was my first time visiting the store. I had called to get some advice on particular wines, and Jade pulled the ones I selected and had them waiting for me. Additionally someone at the shop helped me find two everyday drinking Cabs when I came to pick up the others. He was very helpful and cognizant of my likes and needs. Give Perrine's a try, no matter your budget. They have a huge, ever-changing selection, something for everyone. Shop local. Support small businesses.

Great local wine shop! They are a little on the higher end (read: less bargain buys than other wine shops, but still a good amount in the high teen/low $20s range) and plenty of variety. I have stopped in here three times now and a different person was working during each visit, but each was equally helpful and welcoming as the other. They are also super knowledgeable and happy to make recommendations. You really get the sense that they want you to enjoy the bottle(s) you're buying so you come back! I've been asked each time about occasion, taste preferences, and price range and have not been let down. During my last visit, I was looking for a rose to drink that night. They don't have a cooler, but the employee offered to chill my wine in some device they have that cools bottles in 5 minutes or less. It was perfect when I got home! Parking is a pain, but not their fault. I always make a point to stop in when I'm on this side of town.

Great selection of new world and old world wine. I come here every time I am in ATL so that I can buy a few bottles at reasonable prices. Being from CA I am always pleased to find boutique northern CA wines that I have not heard of and that are anything but supermarket wines. I also enjoy finding imports of names I have not seen before, usually from east coast or southern importers, rather than the same stuff I see here. The prices are reasonable and the gentleman who helped me last time made some great suggestions, again. Also, it's in a nice neighborhood to eat and shop. Nice establishment. See you next time!

I need to know what's going on. Linda and James..were at the counter. Helpful and Informative. Wednesday Wine Tasting. 7 wines from Jax Vineyards Napa Winery. $25 Yep I'm in. After that traffic ..I need some wine. The tasting was very casual. Dan was so nice. 12016 sauvignon blanc "Y3" $17.99 2 chardonnay 2016"Y3" $19.99 2016 Dutton Ranch (Russian River Valley) $39.99 1 pinot noir 2016 "Y3" ( Russian River valley)presale only $24.99 1 red blend 2015 "Taureau" $19.99 2 cabernets Calistoga, Napa Valley. $47.99 "Block 3" Calistoga, Napa Valley $129.99 My faves were the Dutton Ranch Chardonnay. Cold on a hot summer day this wine is a definite plus.++ The Taureau Red Blend was good. Dan suggested great party wine that won't break the bank. And of course the Block 3. In its heavy bottle holding all that goodness.. Fruit, cheese and cured meat platter was delicious. This tasting made me feel at home. Talking around table..taking pictures. Best wine shop in Atlanta! They have a great selection from boutique vineyards that you won't find anywhere else. They do frequent tastings, which is a great way to meet new wines and new people. I discovered Failla at one of the tastings, and it's still one of my favs. The service is also impeccable. We were looking for wine for our wedding, and Perrine did several tastings with us, even ordering some lower cost options for us to try so we could stay on budget. Whether you're buying several cases or a single bottle, you'll be treated like royalty. Cheers!

I cannot speak enough good things about such a unique yet staple shop in the west midtown community. The owner's and staff are always beyond knowledgeable about their products. I am always greeted with a smile and never leave empty handed. Please check out their wine tasting events as well. This place is superb.

So I finally got to make it back to the wine shop today. It was wonderful to be in there today! Lots of new wonderful additions, including HUGE candles (I had to get one! Posted pic of it). Also got a bottle of Henri Giraud "Code Noir" NV. Definitely 2 great buys! Great to be back! Also going to the wine tasting coming up on this Friday- you should check it out!

As a huge fan of wine, Perrine's is one of the few shops dedicated to wine, so I love it. The staff is very insightful on the wine selection and overly helpful in giving you options and how the bottles differ. Sometimes I buy my usual German Riesling or one of the old world white blends. More times, I come in with a taste for something new whether that be to pair with a meal or special occasion. They have old world wines, new world wines and a wide price range that can accommodate almost anyone. Parking is available in the front and in the parking garage.

If I could give Perrine's 10 stars, I would! THIS SMALL BUSINESS IS DOING IT RIGHT! I recently called (from out-of-state) searching for a special gift for a colleagues bday and was lucky enough to stumble upon this gem of a place! I'm very happy to report, these reviews do not lie... Perrine's is indeed, as wonderful as everyone is saying! Marcela answered the phone and right away was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable that I knew immediately, I had called the right place. She helped me put together the perfect, thoughtful curation of goodies (what an impressive selection they have here!) in absolute record time- and made the experience so easy and enjoyable. Situated directly below a condo I purchased in July '11 within Atlanta's Westside Provision District (est. 2008/2009), it wasn't a surprise why I've had such a wonderful experience being a patron here. Especially, after going to Google to find more about the shop before publishing this review: Perrine's Wine Shop was just featured in the May-2011 issue of 'Garden & Gun' and previously honored by 'Atlanta Magazine' in 2010 (http://www.atlantamagazine.com/diningarticles/Story.aspx?id=1304004). However, what is surprising after learning about the shop and owner's previous accolades is that quite often Perrine's prices are lower than the local competing generic wine & spirits franchises. Perrine can often be found behind the register, or at her laptop drafting the latest monthly wine club newsletter or wine tasting event. She's not alone, however, and the staff she's assembled are just as humble and knowledgeable as she is. Obviously, so humble that I had to use the internet to find anything out about her (historically speaking) previous to opening the wine shop's doors. Here are three things I learned vis-a-vis the internet: 1. She was the youngest to earn a challenge medal for the best young sommelier in Bordeaux in 2004. 2. She arrived in America in 2006 where she could only spoke French, which didn't stop her from earning her sommelier certification from the Master of Sommelier Institute. 3. She then worked as the sommelier at JOËL Brasserie for four years before opening Perrine's Wine Shop in 2010. Now, here are three things I know from my own experience: 1. She bends over backwards for her customers. 2. She is absolutely gorgeous. 3. And yes, she's actually French. A boutique for the fermented grape lush. We were on a mission to find a sofa, so a trip to Room and Board was in order. Once we parked, I noticed Perrine's on the little side street between the parking garage and Chattahoochee. One quick look at the lady, and a simple nod were all it took to be coaxed into visiting this place once we were through at R&B. Upon opening the door, your eyes will be greeted with wine overload. The place is small, but is filled to the brim with bottles of all varieties, from all over the world. Although my brain was still focused on couches, I had to quickly transition to wine for the good of our evening. After a quick explanation of the layout, and organization arrangement, we were picking up bottles, reading labels from all over this planet of ours. I chose two Sicilian bottles that were moderately priced based on the dude's suggestions. So far I've only tried the white varietal, and it's pretty damned good. Regarding Perrine's itself, just be prepared to research the wines a little bit, and spend time asking questions if you aren't already a wine expert. We'll be back.

This is a long overdue review of a great little place! After a great lunch at Miller Union one Sat back in January, we wandered around the West Side a little bit and specifically stopped to peruse Perrine's. A treat! Very knowledgeable staff - after fairly lengthy discussion with one of the managers, my friend bought a red - I can't recall exactly what it was- and raved about it from dinner later. I most enjoyed browsing their gift basket selection; they really can do most anything for a special present, small or large. Pick a basket, select your items, from crackers to wine to bar accessories to...they will wrap it all up beautifully and have it delivered. Orders can be done in just a few days so it would be perfect for that weekend getaway that pops up and you don't have a hostess present! The wine club is also intriguing - at $30/mo for two bottles, that's a pretty good deal on wines I am sure will be happily enjoyed. In general, the price range is very good especially given the variety available, and from $12 or so on up you can find tasty wines. Good place to shop, or just to browse, if you are into wine and such.

I lived near the Napa Valley for 5 years, so I always bought my wine directly from the wineries. I miss it, but I am THRILLED that I found Perrine's - they have the best collection of wines I've seen anywhere in a wine shop! In fact, they carry wines from 4/5 of my favorite CA wineries at the same price (or even cheaper!) as the wineries themselves. Both times I've visited Perrine's, the gentleman that helped me listened to my taste and price preferences, and suggested wines that were absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be back to buy more of the whites that he suggested and to stock up on wines from those favorite wineries that I had mentioned. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss Napa, but having Perrine's just a short drive away definitely dulls the pain a bit!

Don't waste your time in a place that sells landmark Chardonnay or Charles Krug or any other Generic domestic/import wines. This store is good enough for housewives who wants to spend their husband's money. As a French store they should know better... Hinton's wine store in Marietta is the best that Atlanta can give as far as wine selection

We belong to their monthly wine club, and I have to say, I am always impressed with the selections we receive and the quality of the wines. We are upgrading our membership so we can get even MORE Perrine's goodness in our lives. Great selection, great people. #westsidebestside

I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. I wanted to get a few bottles of wine for a dinner party I was having. I walked in and began viewing the selections as I had never been here before. This turned in to me looking around the whole store without ever being greeted. The associate working there did make eye contact but there was no "hi", "let me know if I can help" or anything. As I was about to leave a group of three came in (they did not look like me) and were greeted right away. I wish my experience were better. The location is convenient and they seemed to have a nice selection.

I LOVE this place! I know nothing about wines but the staff is so knowledgeable that I always walk out with the perfect bottle (bottles) of wine. Last time I went the sommelier that helped me was so helpful and kind, Marcia, shes the bomb. The bottle she recommended was so delicious.

Perrine's is a gem. They have great wines, personalized attention and great customer service. They also organize fun wine tastings.

Whenever I tell people I am in a wine club, I immediately bust out my monocle and top hat, and also my vanity cane. But what I really mean is that I'm subscribed to a list that gives two nice bottles of wine a month that I pick up at Perrine's. This is a really nice wine shop right next to Yeah Burger on Howell Mill. The workers here are very friendly, very nice and helpful. Also, they're not overbearing as salesmen/women... they are there to help, but if you wanna browse, that's fine. Prices for these wines range from $10 to ... well, let's just say, very high. But they only hawk the good stuff, so you're sure to be satisfied. I'd recommend this place as a nice shop to pick out a nice gift bottle of wine for someone, or for a nice date.

After searching online for a wine shop in Atlanta, I found Perrine's Wine Shop. What a great find! I live in Florida and was looking for a gift basket that I could send to my daughter to celebrate her thesis defense last week. It was so easy to shop for just the right items from their large selection of champagnes, cheeses, olives and various other yummy treats. I gave very specific instructions for the timing of the delivery and they were spot on! The delivery driver was very courteous and delivered the beautiful gift basket with heartfelt wishes. She reported that the champagne was the best she has ever had and will be placing her own order soon. I would highly recommend Perrine's for any occasion, whether you live near or far!

If you are looking for a nice bottle of wine , this is the place to be . You walk into a beautiful store , well decorated , stocked with tons of wine souvenirs for that housewarming party or bridal shower or simply a birthday party . they have wine ranging from 10$ to hundreds , their collection from all over the world . Will definitely come back for another purchase !

I've been several times now and the wine selection is very nice. The people are also friendly and helpful. I like how many buttery Chardonnays they have and a great selection of Oregon Pinot's as well. Would highly recommend! Update: the Landmark Chardonnay (Sonoma) was incredibly buttery and smooth. Perfect for our dinner celebration last night. $20 for the bottle.

Seems to be catering to certain people or clients. My husband and I were checking out the area. Hubby loves wine so we decided to check this place out. They seem to be having an event so we inquired. The cashier was not very friendly and gave the impression like, what are you doing here. No plans to return or recommend.

The team here is outstanding. They are willing to cope with my fantastically novice perception of wine every time ("do you guys have a pinot noir from italy??"). You cannot buy a bad bottle here. Additionally, they have tons of cute touches everywhere, like tastings, Perrine-branded paper coasters that I do NOT steal by the handful... and tons of amazing candles (they smell so good). Great to come here when you need a gift for anyone*. *Not including babies.

Cute shop, new wines. I am by no means an oenophile. But I do love my wine. And I know what I like. And that makes well-edited wine boutiques a bit of a challenge for me. Sometimes I want to walk in and find a favorite right away. And I recognized a few items at Perrine's. But the number of unfamiliar wines totally outnumbered the ones I knew. This could be a good thing. Immediately I was greeted by a staff member who offered to help me. No additional pressure as I opted to browse for a bit on my my own. Once I'd thought about what I wanted, I approached the staff member and he helped answer my questions. "Is this Shiraz going to drink like this other one I love?" "Can you recommend a nice Viognier at a reasonable price point?" Done and done. I haven't had the chance to drink the wines I purchased yet, but I am hoping they deliver on their promise. Random bonus - a cute dog was there to greet me and play as they rang up my wine. Reading other reviews, I realize that Perrine's has lot more to offer than its charming retail shop. If I end up enjoying the bottles I bought today, I would be happy to join their wine club. Cheers!

This a wonderful wine shop for those that are knowledgeable about wine and for those that know just a bit to nothing at all. I fall into those that "know just a bit". The staff is very helpful and can always be counted on to recommend a wonderful wine in a variety of price's to compliment any occasion. When I'm in the west midtown area (near GA Tech) I always stop at Perrine's. It also has a nice selection of gifts, and I love the friendly store mascot

I've gone to two wine tastings at this wine shop...and I love it! The space is cozy, intimate, and cute - there's a charming French sensibility to it that reminds me of stumbling into small wine shops when I was in Paris. Besides that, the wine selection is immense (I love the whites and rosés they carry), and the staff is so nice.

This is a great little wine shop located in the White Provisions shopping area. I'm not a wine drinker so I am clueless when it comes to wines. This is my go-to place when I have a dinner with friends and I want to bring along a bottle of wine. I tell the staff how much I want to spend and they always find a great bottle for me to take along.
