"Kayak to Monkey Island Off the coast of Port Antonio is a small, uninhabited plot called "Pellew Island," otherwise known as "Monkey Island"--there used to be a colony of imported monkeys here. To get here, you could first head to San San Beach, a beautiful and private stretch open daily (10 a.m.4 p.m daily, US$5). Rent a kayak and snorkel gear and make your way over to the small plot, within clear view ahead. The island is completely covered in vegetation, there's a small white sand beach, and the waters are shallow. Rest your kayak on shore and snorkel around the island for as long as you please. Visibility is incredible and this is one of the best snorkeling spots in the area. Just watch your step if you're barefoot, as there can be sea urchins on the seabed."

The clean water, the option of the fresh water that's so cold and refreshing, the beauty of the Parish Portland, Jamaica. It was just my group their on the day, the privacy, more space, more fun for me. It's wonderful to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and relax and enjoy nature.

The island is amazing and must go place. Boat or raft will take you to island. Once there you can cover yourself in a special clay let if bake then wash off, skin feels amazing after. Guide then takes you around and shows your all the celebrities house on the beach front. Lovely place.

The water was extremely warm and comfortable to just sit in and relax. At the time, the waves were not as tough coming in and it was just relaxing and placed me at ease. The boat ride there was soothing as well.

A small cove with shallow waters. If interested you can hike the mountain through a treacherous steep climb Do try to dive on waters of Blue Lagoon near!!

This small island is off the Blue lagoon Portland. To get there you got to hired a boat, rafts also available (negotiate pricing). The Blue Lagoon possible one of the most beautiful water hole's in the world. Remember to leave your marks on Monkey Island.

This trip was awesome the experience was marvelous. This is a definite trip for the whole family or you and the boo or with a group of friends. Place is a whole vibe. Most beautiful I've ever been in Jamaica. Pristine crystal clear waters.

Awesome place for snorkeling...they say that there is a path that u can walk rather than taking the boat over... I'm going back just for that!
