"The name of this park, which alludes to going barefoot, is both description and invitation. Take off your shoes and tread among nature’s sublime textures in the park’s sandpits, Zen garden, fountains, and leafy grasses. You’ll also find a bamboo forest and an interactive science museum, but the biggest attraction is people-watching: children splashing in fountains, teens pitching woo, everyone soaking up the sun. A guided (barefoot) park tour offers insight into its history as part of a citywide renovation program. By Travesías"

Basically not a park. It's a green space located in rpm business plaza which has apparently become a tourist attraction. Here you will interact with 3 different elements. Water, sand and the woods. Tour guide advised us to go bare foot to connect with nature. There are 2 modern food places in the rpm building

It should be better kept. A zen garden is about the tranquility. The sand is in terrible shape as the grass around. Not really the intended experience

Ok if you are attending the water museum as well, but not worth attending on its own. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the fountains but it is not a large park.

Also known as Barefoot Park. Built by EPM who's headquarters is across the street from the park. A tranquil place to mediate or just relax. It has pol where you can go in barefoot after walking in a large sand box.

Not so much a park as a square in front of the rpm building. Beautifully kept, a relaxing and clean area, great for families. A number of interesting bars and cafes in the attached plaza.

Small but very carefully designed. The sand can be very rough on your feet (mine hurt for a while afterward) but the experience is relaxing and healing.

Very quiet, unique park in the middle of an extremely busy city. Many countries could learn from this calming place

It didn't live up to expectations, what with the massive crowds. Also, stepping in the water is prohibited.. you can only swing your feet in it - big downer. It's nice to have a place like this in the city, it's a good idea: sand, water, plants? In the midst of buildings downtown? If only it felt and looked as nice as it sounds.
