"The three-towered, blue-and-green glass property is remarkable for its connecting, undulating tiered design inspired by terraced Balinese rice paddies and the elevated gardens that seem to hang from above. Designed by Singapore starchitects WOHA, the Parkroyal on Pickering is almost an extension of the green space in front of it—Hong Lim Park—with 160,000 square feet of gardens, reflecting pools, waterfalls, planter terraces, and vertical landscaping. Eco-mindfulness is evident elsewhere: photo sensors monitor light usage, showers are low-flow, sheets are changed on alternate days (less frequently if requested), and rooms have refillable glass water bottles. The property’s most striking space is the fifth-floor wellness area, where cabanas are shaped like giant bird cages, and the infinity pool looks out above the park with a view of the shophouses across the way. The generally compact rooms espouse the Scandinavian-sleek look."

Really lovely hotel. Special thanks to Manli on reception who when I checked in spent time finding me the best room with a garden view given I was staying for 8 nights! Every interaction with her was super professional and dedicated to great customer service, it was really appreciated. All the other staff at the hotel were also brilliant and really helpful. Hotel overall is lovely, great location, views over Singapore. Pool was gorgeous and never very busy which was great. Food in the restaurant had a wide variety.||Some suggestions - It would have been great if they had labelled the allergies or vegan/veggie on the buffets for breakfast and lunch. It was hard to navigate what was veg friendly and the hotel staff weren’t always sure. Also some things labelled “vegan” also weren’t - my first night they gave me a dessert with gelatin in it (didn’t tell me until afterwards), and one of the lunch times they gave me a honey dressing on my salad, honey isn’t vegan friendly (we don’t consume anything from an animal). Because it was labelled “vegan” on the menu I didn’t think to ask the specifics of what’s in the dressing. Also be great to dedicate part of the restaurant to a quiet zone, I found the breakfast especially to be so noisy it was really painful so I just wore my headphones most of the time. Staff were accommodating in giving me a table at the back of the restaurant but I imagine when it’s packed this isn’t an option, so a quiet zone would help those with hearing loss or hearing differences.||Overall was awesome!! Thanks to all the amazing staff who made my trip even better

I arrived solo and was so grateful for Sylvester to show me around this insanely beautiful building. The outside architecture caught my eye at first— it’s truly one of a kind. But THEN, get ready for a magical experience inside. I will definitely be back. All of the staff are incredibly nice and the views are breathtaking. I can’t believe this building exists actually. The lush plants everywhere and smooth architecture inside are unforgettable. I encourage everyone to stay here. Thank you again for your kindness, Sylvester! You made my visit the best it could be!

Lovely hotel, good location, fabulous staff. We were fortunate to be given our room early, which was very welcome. Breakfast was included and was very good quality with lots of variety. Room was amazing, lots of storage and the bathroom was great; powerful shower and very nice toiletries.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are excellent and very good quality breakfast. Location is superb and easy to get a taxi or grab to travel around. MRT within walking distance. There is a lot of greenery in the hotel which helps to create a very peaceful atmosphere.

Dropped by to the hotel as we were exploring Chinatown. Very impressed by the architecture of the building as well as the landscaping. Our experience got better when we went in and approached a staff to check whether we could visit the sky garden. We were later treated to a tour by Sylvester. He was a great ambassador of the hotel while showing us around. Would recommend Parkroyal to friends!!! Good job Sylvester!!!

The club lounge was relaxing and wonderful. Wen Qi and the staff were so lovely to me and my baby. The view is very nice and the space is quite calming. The food was a nice selection of western / asian breaky. A wonderful experience - thanks Wen Qi and staff!

The Park Royal Pickering is a gorgeous hotel, like in a vertical garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean modern, quiet and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to cafes and restaurants, even close to China town. The pool was nice, However a little cooler for us being in the shade of the building. We stayed for 5 nights

Fantastic location and great customer service by Uncle Wong, Amy, Kruba, Brent and a lovely young man at the reception who helped us plan our trips around. Definitely will stay again! The rooms were decent size and we were out most of the time. Room service is a bit neutral in variety and pricing but if you are eating out anyway, it doesn’t matter. There’s also a laundry service right around the corner so it was easy to get clothes ready in our long holiday.
