We wanted to like this shop. It has some of the coolest shoes and clothes in vienna but we didn’t end up buying anything because the staff made us so uncomfortable. They followed us around and watched us very closely the entire time as if they thought we were going to steal something. We would have felt more comfortable if they were offering help or chatting but instead they watched us silently and with suspicion. The whole experience was very unpleasant because of their hostile attitude.

My partner and I were really looking forward to check out the shop. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment. We felt really uncomfortable at the place, due to the fact that we were followed by 3 different employees the entire time we were there. An employee even sprinted after us to “watch” us in the upstairs area. Only to stand there with their eyes locked at us. We have no idea what kind of issue the owners of that place had with us. This sure created an uncomfortable and bad atmosphere.

I went into the store to purchase a Acne Jacket which was on my wishlist, I knew the store had the jacket. After being "greeted" by the staff I lost all interest in buying the jacket as they are one of the most unfriendly and hostile stores I've ever been to. I felt monitored like a criminal the second I stepped in. If you have any interest in selling stuff, you might have to reconsider the staff you have working in the store.

Found the clothes very interesting but sadly felt very discriminated and not welcomed by the staff. I only have one question is it a shop policy to be unfriendly? :)

Nice fashion. Unfriendly staff. Super unfriendly staff. Maybe the owners. Employees with such manners would loose their job soon.

Loved our visit to Park. A store I'd followed on Instagram for a few years & one I'd longed to see whilst in Vienna.
