Came here for dessert after dinner on a cooler Friday night in October but there were still a steady stream of customers. A little out of the way but it was a cute ice cream stop with knowledgeable staff. Tried a few flavours but ultimately settled on lemon which is their bestseller. Also did a split scoop for $6.50 so was also able to add a chocolate scoop but I loved the half scoops because they were half but still generous! If available I would have liked the try the pistachio. Not a lot of independent ice cream places like this in Victoria so this was a nice find!

The ice cream was delicious. The pistachio flavor had a good aroma and texture, and I really enjoyed it. The homemade waffle cone was also tasty, so I’d love to go there again.

Best ice cream in Victoria hands down. I’m a local and come here often to eat it. The ice cream texture is divine and the flavour choices are always phenomenal. There’s always vegan options available if you are looking for a lactose free option. Birthday cake ice cream and brown butter brownie are my top two favourites.

Great icecream with vegan options! Available in cones or pints It can get quite a line and takes a little to get through Wonderful flavour choices that change out! With the ability to sample before committing Would be nice if there was a bigger area for sitting afterwards

Great spot! Great tasting iced cream, all of it is homemade. When I went they had all these holiday flavours like gingersnap and eggnog, etc. and they were awesome. Great people, very chill, very friendly. I love ice cream 🍨

This is one of the best ice cream shops in Victoria. The ice cream was delicious and the waffle cone was a masterpiece and definitely the best waffle cone we’ve ever had. We got the pistachio flavor on waffle cone which was phenomenal. Definitely come here for ice cream if you are in the area.

Very good place, but has room for improvement. The ice cream is delicious and they have a couple of vegan options, but the entrance was quite dirty and the flavor options aren't as many as we expected (they only had around six). Still, they do have numerous flavors in ice cream bottles you can take home, and the cones are a huge highlight. I enjoyed the idea of ordering a single scoop in which you can try two flavors. It's a great place if you want to try something local!

Parachute ROCKS!! Hands down the best ice cream in Victoria. The staff are cheerful and friendly, the menu choices are not vast, but are sufficient for interesting variety and change regularly. Chocolate truffle is a flavour that is consistently offered and is one of the smoothest and most delicious ice creams I have ever eaten. One would expect that for such a premium product the price would be premium, but at this shop, it’s just great value.
