The self appointed authority on latin cuisine, Aaron Sanchez, really botched this place up! The quesadilla was watery (!), the hanger steak tacos were gamy (!), the chips and salsa was so basic (!). I put little exclamation marks because... I mean... come on. A student of latin cuisine couldn't get away with this.
Now now, I know what you are going to say. But he doesn't own this place any more. Fine, but why, WHY would you keep your name on it? Or allow these new supremely deficient new owners keep the old name?
I didn't even mention the TERRIBLE service. We waited 10 minutes to get a menu! We were right next to the waiter station and they were not at all attentive.
