Brilliant shop. I’ve come this shop last for years. The staffs are always kind and products are well organised properly. Which make me easy to find what I am looking for. They’ve kept EBIN’s one since last year which is trending now. Go get it.

Staff today September 5 at this store, a guy at till around 1:00 pm is the rudest I have seen in a long time, very rude. Racist comments for asking him if there is a bin I could use.

If you feel like you are being followed uneccessarily.. talk to the dude. Likely hes in training to improve his English or improve his product knowledge. These stores all have the similar energy thoughtout their stores

Good selection of products, however I absolutely hate being followed and watched the whole time I'm in the store. Sometimes it takes me time to read the ingredients of the products, and it makes me feel so uncomfortable that someone is 2 feet from me waiting to catch me stealing. For the people in the reviews saying that they're being followed because of racism - don't worry, I'm white and they do it with me as well 😂

Prices are higher than what you would see in say a boots, but it has a great range of products that is convenient for me to pop in every now and then to buy since it’s local to me.

Wide variety of hair products and were able to buy stuff I've not been able to find in any other physical store. The staff were less than friendly and as a middle class white person I can't comment on any of the issues that others have highlighted, but the store layout is a little unfriendly. But if you want to find a product in a physical store, this is likely the place to go.

The lady who works there is very very kind and also helpful. She has a lot of knowledge about black afro hair/hairstyles even though she’s Indian. It helps when you are talking to someone who knows what they’re talking about. It’s interesting because my most racist experiences in my life have been from Indians, more than any other race. This is the best experience I’ve had at any Pak’s branch. Though the men are not as kind as the woman, the staff don’t follow you around the store as if they think you’re going to steal something.
