Beautiful place in charming area - it used to be elementary school. The reception with bar was just wow impression. The guy who checked us in was really nice. The room was basic but for us enough -we excepted it. Shared toilet was cleaned every day. When we were there (November) was really calm - no parties at all. The only small minus it was just the bed - I slept well but my partner felt some springs underneath.

The room was clean enough, there are no parties in October, which is a plus, so it was nice and quiet. Although the doors of the room are very thin and not sound proof, so you can hear everyone going through the hallway. Also the mattres was very work out, thin and with a dump in the middle, so not the most comfortable.

Good hostel, especially good value for your money. Rooms are clean and there is a good-working airconditioning. Location is fine; it’s a nice and safe neighborhood, just not in the centre but everything is walkable in Florence. The host is really friendly.

The place is beautifully located in a very good spot, the city overall is very walkable. The receptionist guy was super friendly and welcoming he even gave us a map and suggested good places for the day, I haven't experienced the inside bar, i was out all day, but the reception looked nicely decorated ,very retro The room is not very big but cozy and had a nice view from the window, my only complaint is the AC it takes AGES to cool the room completely also the mirror could be bigger, Beware of mosquitos and don't leave the window open during the night, it's a common Florence issue

Relatively cheap accommodation given its location. Unfortunately found a dead cockroach in the room. Very quiet, too. Air con worked well, which is fortunate as there's no way you can leave the windows open given the number of mosquitoes.

If you like sleep and comfort, this place is NOT for you. It’s on top of a nightclub so if there is an event, you will get zero sleep before midnight! Which no one told us about, nor can you find it anywhere online. Beds were uncomfortable and there were no extra pillows or anything. Big plus (or so I thought) was the AC which was nice until it broke the next day causing a leak in the hallway. It says it’s in a nice location, but it is not a comfortable distance to the center. The place was clean, which was the only real good thing. If you can go elsewhere (perhaps pay a little more), do it.

Well located and at a walking distance to the city center , very calm and convenient. During the summer there are no events on the ground floor which is ideal for having a calm night sleep.

Room was so clean and has high level ceilings. İt doesnt includes towel and slippers so bring with you. Staff was so friendly
