Osmow's Shawarma

Update: 5 stars to 3 stars I've found that the quality of the food fluctuates. I always order at dinner time. As someone in the reviews said, there's definitely somewhere there that doesn't care, making bland saj chicken wraps. I once ordered mild and there was chilli in every inch of my order as if someone dropped it by accident. The shawarma itself is good, probably the best quality of chicken shawarma I've had in Toronto. The sauce is special and the falafel is also very good. I suggest trying out the baklava cheesecake.

I tried their falafel on sticks, and the portion was good. Falafel felt little underseasoned but was good enough portion and in taste, the garlic sauce was really good and spot on. Overall, the portion was good i got the large platter. Fries would've been more seasoned as well. Experience was okay. The lady serving us was nice and friendly. Staff is hard working and polite.

It’s a big scam and they’re not notifying the customers if you don’t realize they’re charging you extra you never gonna know about it… you can see the toppings right and it says you should pay extra for some toppings but for the tzatziki it’s not in the deal seems like free you can add in your plate or shandwixh but when you go to cash out for the pay while choosing your toppings they’re charging you and extra and even not letting you know about the extra price at all when I ask them whey we’re like ohh he’s in the training he didn’t know he should’ve mention about extra charging 1.49 what about other worker next to him I also asked her why they they’re not telling us? it’s not about 1.49 but if they charge everyone without telling them it’s adds up and end of the they we should face with big scam either way is it company if it’s company,brand they should’ve show extras if it’s not workers should’ve notify us but unfortunately nothing…… oh also I forgot to say they’re not wearing gloves for food safety standards you should work in the same station if you don’t wear gloves but also you should wash your hands every 5 minutes I been here like 15 minutes I haven’t see when they’re washing hands going inside for cleaning or wearing gloves and they’re keep changing working in different stations nice job 🎉🎉

I ordered chicken shawarma poutine. It was very low quality. The quantity was much lower than at other branches. There wasn't enough gravy and cheese; it was like I was eating chicken on sticks. Please improve your quality and quantity. The Yonge Street branch was much better than this. I will never order from here again.

I ordered 2 shawarma’s on UberEats. They give you a perfectly sized shawarma, with tons of really delicious chicken and fresh vegetables. Be mindful of how spicy you order though. The “hot” option is still VERY VERY HOT. But delicious. Will order again.

Absolutely amazing experience! I ordered Chicken on the salad and on the rocks. Both dishes were perfect! I would highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The customer service is wonderful. The quality of the food is fresh and tasty! If you like Mediterranean cuisine you MUST go here. I can't wait to go back for more ;)

Easily my favourite fast food location. Food is always great and warm staff are amazing. Not one bad thing to say about this place, it’s clean great atmosphere.
