Osmow's Shawarma

Stopped by for National Shawarma day. Got 3 chicken on the rocks in less than 10 minutes. Amazing quality and service! Highly recommend coming to this location, faster than the one at Eaton food court.

Open 24 hours a day, this restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Toronto near Ikea and other shopping, restaurants, Dundas Square, etc. Food is good and made fresh regularly. They have limited indoor seating.

Came in on Monday during dinner time. Was greeted with smiles. The staff members were attentive and friendly. The manager was making sure we had everything we needed. Food was great as usual! We will definitely be coming back.

Discipline your employees and teach them how to behave with people humanely. I ordered and then before paying I asked if you had a student discount. He immediately replied I was supposed to mention it before placing the order. I simply apologized and said I didn’t know. But he kept bragging that now he had to start over and do everything again. Is it my fault? How am I supposed to know that? Plus, why didn't he ask me if I had a student card before placing the order? Transaction: November 20th, 9:32PM

I had a fantastic experience at Osmow’s, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to Justin, the clerk who assisted me. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Justin’s great attitude and attention to detail made my visit great. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!

National Shawarma yesterday was very fun even it’s a long wait. The one who assisted me called “Shai” she was very lovely, friendly and helpful. She keeps smiling even during busy times. I’ll be back today. Tasty food awesome

Shawarma is amazing here. We were served by Harman and she made sure we understood everything clearly while ordering as it's first time we were trying it out and we really loved the food. Must try in downtown!
