Stopped by for National Shawarma day. Got 3 chicken on the rocks in less than 10 minutes. Amazing quality and service! Highly recommend coming to this location, faster than the one at Eaton food court.

Open 24 hours a day, this restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Toronto near Ikea and other shopping, restaurants, Dundas Square, etc. Food is good and made fresh regularly. They have limited indoor seating.

Came in on Monday during dinner time. Was greeted with smiles. The staff members were attentive and friendly. The manager was making sure we had everything we needed. Food was great as usual! We will definitely be coming back.

She always greets me with a smile, and her genuine kindness really stands out. It's rare to encounter such positivity, and it truly makes my experience so much more enjoyable. This Osmows has been around for ages and is still one of the best bets for consistently good service and food. Bonus for being open late, something that is much appreciated in the city. The service is quick and considerate and the staff does a great job overall. Kudos to Lovepreet for their great service today.

This is always my go-to for Osmow's. The food is very good, even though it is a shared atmosphere with other stores, the Osmow's part is pretty clean. One thing I would like to mention is the 5 stars service from a staff "Lovepreet." She's friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing Lovepreet 's culinary magic, and I have to say – they made me the best-of-its-kind fattoush salad! 🥗 Every bite was bursting with freshness, flavor, and care. You can tell the ingredients were top-notch, and the preparation was done with a true passion for food. It’s rare to find something this delicious and perfectly balanced. If you’re craving something healthy yet incredibly tasty, Lovepreet is the one to go to. Highly recommend her work – you won’t be disappointed!

We found a hair in our food and were rudely told that it was probably ours since they all had hairnets on. We weren't offered any kind of refund since it was our fault that we only found the hair halfway while eating. Trust me, that makes it even more disgusting for us. The replacement we ordered wasn't prioritized since we were basically getting it for 'free". The girl at the counter asked us if we wanted a bottle or can of Canada Dry with our food but the guy who gave us our food said that we couldn't get the drink with our replacement. Why did the girl not inform us about it when we asked her about it? We visited on November 23 at 11:45 pm, whoever the staff was at that time was simple terrible. I doubt there was a manager since the staff there simply said 'no refund since you ate half'. Pathetic customer service. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
