Osmow's Shawarma

I ordered Osmows for the first time on door dash and it asked me what spice level I wanted and I chose hot (check photos attached). It doesn’t say anything about the portion of spice only the level so one would assume the spice level would be high and they would put a small portion over the food but they poured soo much I couldn’t even taste the Philly sauce or rice. Door dash couldn’t help me so I ended up going to the location and they were rude and arguing saying I should know that it’s 3 lines of hot sauce which they definitely put more than 3 lines. I asked if they could just remake cause I’m a new customer and they refused. I asked for a manager and they refused. Horrible customer service/accountability and I’m never ordering again. So disappointed.

Food and service is very good. I came here with a friend who was visiting the country and the food and service was very good. The employees are welcoming and nice to talk to. I highly recommend the lamb shawarma wrap and you can make it spicy. Also the Greek salad is very good. Definitely worth coming to alone or with friends

I love Osmow’s for the taste. Staffs are treating customers very nicely. However, on a couple of recent visits I mentioned I do not want the fries to be deeply over fried and seems no body cares of the health and well being of the customers, my added photo is showing the portion I did not eat because of being over greasy and literally fries are burnt. I would recommend to ask the staff to avoid putting the fries in deep oil for long time.

Absolutely thrilled with Osmows Swarma! As a regular customer, I can confidently say their service is consistently outstanding. The quality of the food is always top-notch, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Keep up the fantastic work—you guys are rocking it!

It was my first time coming to this location at Billy Bishop and for sure I will be back. The customer service I received from Sean was absolutely helpful and he was very happy to answer all my questions. He was a delight and made great suggestions, which helped me decide what to order. The food was so delicious and worth the money I spent. Thanks again Sean.

Not a fan of Mediterranean food but this brand maybe my second thought 😂 We had large portion in each serving. Tasted good (a little salty to me but fine to my roommates) A bit long wait time when we walk in. I just moved to the condo next to this location so definitely will come back when in the mood of other cuisine than my original country.
