Overall great experience, including mouth water food and amazing service. We had the 14 course meal for ~2M dong, left feeling pretty satisfied and full. The service was really great and accommodated for no pork diet. Really great service by our waitress Thuy who did a great job explaining every dish and serving in a timely manner. We had dishes from Hanoi, hue, and Hi chi Minh, each dish was delicious and truly brought out the flavors the chef intended to bring out. They included dessert and tea for a nice finish. Would def recommend this experience while in Ho Chi Minh to really get a taste of high quality local flavors.

It was an incredible experience, especially in this vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh. We ordered a 14-course set menu themed around Vietnam. Alongside the meal, we received a “passport” detailing the origin of each dish and showing its local form. However, what appeared on the table was a masterful reinterpretation by the chef, who deconstructed each element and reassembled it in a fresh and ingenious way. Every dish tasted both familiar and surprisingly new. Even more impressive was the professional service team, especially “清,” who served us. As a local, she made a genuine effort to explain the concept and way of experiencing each dish in Mandarin, which felt very heartwarming. I look forward to seeing this young fine-dining restaurant keep pushing boundaries and can’t wait for an even more unique experience on our next visit!

it’s a great tasting menu. we had the vietnamese menu cuisine and it was a nice surprise to try a modern, fine-dining take on vn dishes. awesome service/staff. nice ambiance. def worth a visit, just check the rotating menu they have.

Very special culinary experience. At first when I saw the set menu with classic Vietnamese dishes I was a bit let down, but I was blown away by the creativity and the refinement of the different dishes. Great service. Beautiful ceramic plates. Great Vietnamese sake. Nice location. The Chef has created a series of masterpieces and the attention to detail is outstanding.

The best restaurant we’ve been to in Saigon. We had an exquisite 14-course tasting menu with re-imagined versions of traditional Vietnamese dishes across the country. It was incredibly creative and delish. I got the tea pairing which was fantastically prepared. My husband got the Vietnamese sake pairing which… was definitely interesting to try but sake was mid. Staff was fantastic and informed. I learned a lot about Vietnamese cuisines. Our compliments to the chef

A true gem. Absolutely phenomenal. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get a Michelin star in the coming months/year. The plates are very well-presented and each dish is perfectly balanced. Everything, from the ingredients to the flavors, is perfect. I couldn’t recommend a restaurant more. Pricey but worth every penny. Thank you!

lovely meal in Valentine day in Oryz. The journey of Vol.6 was so enjoyable. One small suggested change might be to change the cutlery after each courses. Service by Tram &Nhat was top-notch.

Delicious food and great experience. I try the Viet Nam menu for Tết and it is amazing. I thought the head chef must be Vietnamese to creat these impressive dishes but he is singaporean. Very creative menu. I will be back for the new menu in March. A must try in Sai Gon
