Orchid House Tulum

We had an incredible stay at Orchid House Tulum! The staff were amazing, we had incredible servers and bartenders each day, we visited the pool bar daily! The rooms were amazing, AC was wonderful, and they were a great size. Rainfall shower was lovely, and bathrooms were huge, great for couples! King size bed, it was very cozy. There was also Netflix in the room which was a bonus! Honestly this hotel is a great value. Book directly through the website! We will be back here forsure, we can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful location, and excellent service! Only downside is the garden tub, it requires a staff member to come out for drainage if used. The food absolutely delicious! If you are a plant lover stay at the Orchid Jungle Hotel, they will grant you access to the beach.

The hotel's unique architecture is a visual treat, harmonizing beautifully with its peaceful surroundings, yet it's conveniently walkable to the city's vibrant heart. The staff at Orchid Hotel deserves a special mention for their friendly and attentive service, always on hand to help and enhance our stay. Our room was a sanctuary of space and comfort, featuring a large, cozy bed that was perfect for restful nights. The spacious shower and the private outdoor bathtub added a touch of luxury, though the need for staff intervention to empty the tub did slightly limit our spontaneity. A standout feature was the complimentary access to the hotel’s exclusive beach club, enhancing our experience with lovely seaside relaxation options. On the downside, we faced a couple of hitches. There was an unpleasant odor from the toilet that was hard to ignore, and the breakfast—despite its hefty price tag—was underwhelming in both variety and flavor. Despite these issues, the positives of Orchid Hotel overshadow the negatives. Its tranquil location, combined with the generous room amenities, friendly service, and added beach club access, makes it a place I would happily recommend for a serene getaway in Tulum.

Wonderful little piece of paradise! The service was wonderful, the bar tenders were super attentive. We don't drink alcohol so they were happy to whip us up some super tasty smoothies and fruit drinks that were perfect! The food was absolutely incredible! Even if you don't have a chance to stay here, i would stop by for a meal! Our room was super cute! We had a beautiful little deck overlooking the garden in the middle. Great location, we loved it! They set up a taxi for us to get from the airport to the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The receptionists were super nice and made us feel welcome even though our Spanish wasn’t great. The room is amazing, felt very homely. The bed is amazing, I don’t think I’ve ever slept better; it is definitely the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. The bathroom is also great with lots of character with the rock sinks and a massive shower, the hot water was also fast and warm. The outside bath was a little dirty (spiders, bugs and leaves) but it is an outside bath so it was expected. The hot water in the bath was also great, and it was a very relaxing experience lounging around in it. The TV in the room was also a smart tv, with Amazon prime etc. Which we definitely made use of. The bar upstairs is also very well set with a pool on the second floor as well. We didn’t eat there but the atmosphere was very nice. The only thing my girlfriend and I would recommend is that the hotel have a shuttle service to and from the Orchid Beach House; as if you do not have your own transport, the walk is very hot and there is no footpath (Avenida Kukulcán). Overall would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was very stylish, clean and good overall, experience was great and the staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Rooms are not really soundproof with the neighbors but it didn’t bother us. We would recommend to bring anti mosquito spray as well as there are many of them looking for you! Even though it was a trip we will remember in a very positive way!

An amazing hotel all around. The staff is accommodating to any need you may have. The rooms are quiet and perfect a couples trip. The entire property makes for you feel comfortable and safe. The food at the restaurant is unbelievable. I would give this hotel 10 stars 🌟. I look forward to going back!. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Orchid House. The hotel was beautiful, calm and tucked away. The small pool with a swim-up bar was a surprise highlight for us! Having access to the other hotel's beach club was convenient as well. The staff was all lovely and accommodating, and Ariana in particular made our few days there feel really special. We were sad to leave, which is the sign of a great vacation :)
