Orchid House Tulum

This is a great place to stay. Everything is excellent. Everyone in the staff is very very nice and helpful and always going beyond to help you. We stayed 4 nights and everything was awesome. Would definitely recommend. We had our breakfast included in our stay, it was simple breakfast: fruits, two toasts, coffee, yogurt with oats. Simple yet super tasty and filling. Our only suggestion would be to maybe make the included breakfast a bit different everyday or give an option to select some egg with it. Ps there a lot of good options on menu to select from for breakfast ( additional charge). No complaints whatsoever, really enjoyed our time here.

Neat place to come to for dinner. Saw the menu and noticed the nest dinner option looked really neat with a several course meal. But, decided to get a regular table, since it was closer to the pool and bar area. Came here during low season, so it was nice and quiet. We were the only patrons eating there. Service was great, food was good. Our dishes may have been slightly overcooked, but with a little extra sauce, it turned out just fine. This location is in Aldea Zama so it is walkable for those staying in that area. It is a cute boutique hotel and the rooms looked nice. Great place to consider.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The staff is so kind and friendly. The hotel is clean, green, and relaxing. By the time we were checking out we didn't want to leave. We loved our private patio bathtub, it was almost like a hot tub and it was so nice. We were able to rent bikes a couple days and biked to the beach house for a day and then biked throughout the city for other local activities. The food is really delicious and drinks were amazing as well and not too expensive. We highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel for some intimate time 👌

Beautiful location, and excellent service! Only downside is the garden tub, it requires a staff member to come out for drainage if used. The food absolutely delicious! If you are a plant lover stay at the Orchid Jungle Hotel, they will grant you access to the beach.

We had an incredible stay at Orchid House Tulum! The staff were amazing, we had incredible servers and bartenders each day, we visited the pool bar daily! The rooms were amazing, AC was wonderful, and they were a great size. Rainfall shower was lovely, and bathrooms were huge, great for couples! King size bed, it was very cozy. There was also Netflix in the room which was a bonus! Honestly this hotel is a great value. Book directly through the website! We will be back here forsure, we can’t wait to stay here again.

The hotel's unique architecture is a visual treat, harmonizing beautifully with its peaceful surroundings, yet it's conveniently walkable to the city's vibrant heart. The staff at Orchid Hotel deserves a special mention for their friendly and attentive service, always on hand to help and enhance our stay. Our room was a sanctuary of space and comfort, featuring a large, cozy bed that was perfect for restful nights. The spacious shower and the private outdoor bathtub added a touch of luxury, though the need for staff intervention to empty the tub did slightly limit our spontaneity. A standout feature was the complimentary access to the hotel’s exclusive beach club, enhancing our experience with lovely seaside relaxation options. On the downside, we faced a couple of hitches. There was an unpleasant odor from the toilet that was hard to ignore, and the breakfast—despite its hefty price tag—was underwhelming in both variety and flavor. Despite these issues, the positives of Orchid Hotel overshadow the negatives. Its tranquil location, combined with the generous room amenities, friendly service, and added beach club access, makes it a place I would happily recommend for a serene getaway in Tulum.

An amazing hotel all around. The staff is accommodating to any need you may have. The rooms are quiet and perfect a couples trip. The entire property makes for you feel comfortable and safe. The food at the restaurant is unbelievable. I would give this hotel 10 stars 🌟. I look forward to going back!. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful little piece of paradise! The service was wonderful, the bar tenders were super attentive. We don't drink alcohol so they were happy to whip us up some super tasty smoothies and fruit drinks that were perfect! The food was absolutely incredible! Even if you don't have a chance to stay here, i would stop by for a meal! Our room was super cute! We had a beautiful little deck overlooking the garden in the middle. Great location, we loved it! They set up a taxi for us to get from the airport to the hotel.
