Super crowded but its so fun for a shopping!! Many cosmetic brands here for massive selection. Price is similar to the free-duty-shops. I took lipstick, lips palm and spray serum. My friends took double of mine and a local perfum and masks. Worth shopping here ;)

Staff is like 1000 employees but they are just ignoring you and feel no welcome at all. Even when we ask the product mostly they just pointing and not even say anything. They are also ignoring you mostly. If you feel tired why you work? They def need more training how to handle customer well

I understand this is the most popular store in Myeongdong, but popularity comes with a downside. I found it to be extremely crowded, with little space to comfortably test the products. Personally, I’d prefer visiting one of the smaller Olive Young stores nearby where it’s much quieter and less hectic. That said, I have to give credit to the staff – everyone I approached for assistance was helpful and friendly, which made the experience a bit better. If you don’t mind the crowds, this location has a wide selection, but if you’re looking for a more relaxed shopping experience, I’d suggest checking out one of the less busy stores nearby.

Definitely worth visiting at least once if you are in Seoul

I think one of the biggest olive young but also with the highest traffic. It is recommend when you already know what you want because it is impossible to get a worker for questions here. On the second floor you can get tax free service and new membership gift bag as well. Still worth to visit if you are around!

Flagship Myeongdong store. It's very big with two stories and a seating area on the second floor. Tons of items available despite it being in the middle of the Big Bang Sale. The staff are helpful too.
