Based off my first experience here… 5 ⭐️ and I’d come back for sure. Not only that, if I ever wanted to open a breakfast/ lunch spot I’d pay to consult ownership to recreate this in Seattle. The food… standard breakfast burrito: I’m used to these things being as big as your head and messy yet delicious. This one was of modest size and put together flawlessly. Egg and cheese wrapped around tater tot like potatoes, bacon and avocado. My only criticism is that the tortilla used didn’t get heated up on the skillet completely (to soften) or it’s just a stiffer flour tortilla than I prefer. That said, I’d order another one tomorrow. And the green salsa it come with is 🔥 4.5/5 ⭐️ The bacon, spinach quiche: fluffy, seasoned perfectly, dough was heavenly for real, and the sausage used was unexpected and I’m thankful. I’d eat this daily. For dinner too. 5.2/5 ⭐️ 😜 Vibe: this place felt like an indoor farmers market mixed with a high end boutique. I spent 88 before tip for burrito, quiche, avocado toast with poached egg and three juices. Ask: Can we add another type of pancake or waffle? There’s only one option today… maybe it rotates?

The Brioche sandwich is delicious! I usually order the poached eggs, which are always cooked perfectly. This time I decided to try something new and over the past few days I’ve also tried the breakfast burrito. (My only critic is I wish they had other spicy salsa options) After trying the brioche sandwich it’s my new favorite on the menu and a must try!

We were looking for a nice brunch spot and this place didn’t disappoint! It was beautiful inside, the restrooms were very clean and the atmosphere inside was great. The food was absolutely amazing!!! We got the Nutella and Banana pancakes, Brioche Sandwich, Poached egg toast and the avocado and burrata toast. The side salads were made perfectly. We loved everything we ordered and it wasn’t overpriced at all. Great brunch spot!

I’ve eaten at Olive & Thyme several times, and it never disappoints! This is one of my favorite restaurant stops when I’m in town from NC. Was served by Wendy today who was just so friendly, sweet, and helpful. She really made mine and my daughter’s time there that much better with her wonderful service and lovely smile. In addition to great food, Olive & Thyme is beautiful, has some great fun treats and non-food finds, the bathrooms are always clean, and the service is always great!

Wonderful lunch spot! Such a cute atmosphere inside and it’s in a great, central location. The items are a bit pricey but you get a lot. The food tastes fresh and high quality. The employees were incredibly kind and gave us amazing service! I really loved eating here.

Extremely cute place! Had high hopes, but not the place for me. When I walked in, the person who took our order was chatting with another employee and not being here before, I wasn't aware I needed to go somewhere to order (it's not obvious). Had the short ribs hash without Sriracha, but I really don't think that would have helped. Not salted and the meat was gamey, but you can definitely tell the eggs are high quality by the yoke color. Asked for mustard to help, which is a standard for hash, and got spicy brown, which isn't the same. My son had the breakfast burrito, and he enjoyed it. I had the latte and it was pretty and tasty❤️

The best breakfast sandwich i ever had! Buttered brioche toast with perfectly runny bright yolks, bacon, cheese, and tomato. My nethwethews Nutella pancake was a work of culinary art! The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the ambiance is adorable!

Beautiful cafeteria and bakery. It has an European cafe vibe in it. The lunch sandwiches are delicious. Lots more of choices. Apple pop-pie is really good. Nutella croissant too.

As always, I love the vibe! I got a cherry bomb muffin of some sort. I have had this before (other places) but this one was different. It literally exploded in my mouth and oozed yummy goodness! It was an experience.

I honestly need to come here more often! Everytime I come here I am so happy, I love their menu selection and everything I get is so delicious. It was my first time trying their fries and tots and they don't just look good, they taste so good! Fries are perfection and addicting, the tots are delicious and are paired with a great aioli. The berry French toast is awesome, I would absolutely order this again, I feel like it's hard to get French toast right and this place definitely nailed it. Staff and service get better and better with every visit, they are really so welcoming and nice. I also really enjoy looking at all the nick knacks for sale. I will say I think they should lower their prices about 10-20%, they are slightly overpriced, but I will still come back. Once big note to the restaurant* the Caesar wrap is great, but absolutely should toast the tortilla. It was so weird tasting a cold raw tortillas, toasting it would elevate it by a lot. Next time I would only eat it if they toasted the tortilla and added the croutons inside the mixture instead of on the side.

In short: food is delicious but pricey, restaurant is clean, seating is hmmm fine... I will come again! Olive and thyme is an order at the counter & sit style of restaurant. Friendly staff will bring the food to your table when it's ready. Only complaint with this style is it's hard to determine tip up front when you haven't had any interaction besides with the (hit or miss) cashier. I'd describe the seating ambience as.. let's say farmhouse? Well nicer than a farm house. Very Clean tables and chairs but they are wooden and feel a bit cheap. There are a couple very large tables and a picnic bench as well so there's plenty of seating for large parties. Forks, knives, and napkins are already in a basket at the table with enough for at least 3 turnovers (take that as you wish). If you're like me, food is what you really judge on. And overall the food is great but pricey for the quantity. You get your moneys worth in quality though! They have a full coffee bar which is perfect with pairing breakfast with a delicious latte or cap it off with espresso if you prefer. I've had both breakfast and lunch here and either way, you can't go wrong! Breakfast brioche sandwich has a beautifully thick and buttery toasted brioche with an over medium egg, cheese, perfect bacon, and one of the best aiolis I've had. Breakfast burrito is very flavorful, great mix of ingredients, but a bit on the smaller side for the price. For lunch the BAT is my go too. Very fresh ingredients of heirloom tomatoes, aioli, avocado, and bacon! Love it. Get the side of fries too. Check their hours as they don't work for everyone and go give them a try!

Love this bright and airy Burbank neighborhood staple. Perfect for brunch/lunch. They've got a deli section and marketplace for you to pick up some stuff to take home. Find a seat once you've placed your order at the counter and the staff brings your food to your chosen table. Everyone is really nice and they were kind to give their favorite items when I couldn't decide. Wine and beer available. Street parking only.

Olive & Thyme is a great spot for a quick breakfast! You order at the counter and they bring your meal to your table. O & T is very clean! It also has tons of space if it's just yourself or a larger group. On my first visit, the counter staff is very friendly and the kitchen pushed out meals at a great pace. We had a vegan meal in our group. The counter entered our order correctly, but the kitchen made an error. The runner who brought our meal was made aware of the mistake and the kitchen made it right immediately! Great meals, friendly and competent staff will bring me back when I'm in town again!

Fantastic restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat. Food is definitely made with quality ingredients, and lots of healthy options to choose from. Many salads, and sandwiches to choose amongst the menu. Quick service restaurant. You order at the counter, grab a seat and the wonderful wait staff delivers it to your table. The wait staff is very helpful, and quickly cleans off tables, as it does get very busy. The clean and cafe style ambiance of the restaurant is very welcoming. The salads are all very fresh tasting and made to order. Most salads are fairly large and filling. They also have some ready made deli salads that you can order from as well. Great place for groups and quick lunches.

Olive and Thyme is an aesthetically appealing, upscale, clean, ideal brunch/lunch spot in the Toluca Lake neighborhood. Though street parking is a bit difficult during the busy rush hours. The restaurant has a lot of classic character and is maintained nicely. Their menu compliments their aesthetic as they offer many healthy options, gourmet coffees, and fresh salads. They have options in the salad bar, regular menu, as well as daily specials. It was a line when we went in, but the food came out rather quickly and it was no problem to enjoy the lavender latte's (off menu) first.

Service was great , staff was very kind and patient ! The place is so pretty and clean . The food was delicious just pricey lol but I guess it's the location . Over all nice place and will go again !

Marco was great in helping us pick a kitchen sink, and faucet set with the aesthetic, budget, and manufacturer's reputations that we relayed to him. He was very helpful in telling us straight out about the reputable manufacturers and recommend certain brands based on what we told him we were looking for. We truly appreciated his help!

Wonderful staff - so kind and go above and beyond. The interior is open, cozy, and intentional. The line to place your order runs smoothly and efficiently. Feels cozy and warm while also fresh and new. My dad says the grilled cheese is revolutionary and we went back just for that. I am a big fan of the avocado toast and the arugula with lemon vinaigrette on the side is simple yet fresh and light. A great place to stop in for a quick bite!!

Great spot for lunch. Validated parking under the building. You place your order at the counter, and they give you a number. Find a table (we thought it was going to be difficult but turnover was quick) and the food is delivered. There are seats inside, and a small patio also. The avocado toast was delicious! The eggs were perfectly poached and runny. Bright orange yolks and creamy ripe avocado with chili flakes on toasted sourdough. Plus an arugula side salad. My husband had the short rib sandwich with horseradish aioli and was in heaven. Others had Cobb salads, and a turkey pesto sandwich. Everyone was very happy with the food. The only sort of let down were the fries. They looked super crunchy, but they actually weren't too crisp. They did taste good though. It's really cute inside too. Lots of items for sale, like cookbooks, candles, gourmet food items, etc. They also have baked goods. My 12 year old cousin was over the moon at his giant Nutella stuffed croissant. Everyone who works there is so nice! Like, extremely friendly and attentive. It was a pleasure dining there.

Definitely one of my "go to" spots in Toluca lake! Love this place over and over...the food here is superb. From the salads to the sandwiches to breakfast. Matching innovation with comfort...while feeling familiar at the same time. We had ten avocado toast this time with the poached egg, hot honey and a bunch of other deliciousness! The coffee is excellent. I really like this chicken salad and the hummus is great. The decor is super fun and cool... very French with some LA mixed in for accents. Ima huge fan of the sweets as well...baked goods are crazy good. The service is always friendly and hip..making you feel like you belong.

We ordered the rigatoni sausage pasta, brioche sandwich, and breakfast burrito. We also had the banana Nutella pancakes, maple cold foam matcha-cano, and crème brûlée latte. The standout items are the rigatoni pasta, breakfast burrito (though it's small for the price) and maple cold foam matcha-cano. The vibe is nice, but it can be loud inside. Service was nice, they are all helpful.

This is an adorable place that I wish I had tried earlier. The restaurant exudes a welcoming atmosphere with its spacious layout and abundant natural light streaming in through large windows. The personalized decorations add a special touch, making it a perfect setting for my book club meet up with friends. I wish they offered more options for substituting pork in their breakfast burritos. Although the burrito was delicious without any meat, it could have been even better with additional choices. As a Muslim, I always appreciate when breakfast places cater to dietary restrictions, so I hope they consider adding more options in the future. The mocha was smooth and delicious and I would definitely return for that again. The only regret I have is not saving room for all the wonderful pastries that were there. Can't wait to return to try the other items.

I'm not usually a brunch/sandwich spot kind of person, but the sandwiches they have here are tops. They get the "bread - greens - protein" ratio just right in my opinion. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich but I got the tuna this time around and it was great. The service is always good here too - the staff are always so welcoming and friendly.

This place is fantastic. It's very clean. There's a lot of options. Different kind of foods. Coffee is great and windy. Has been here for over three years. She's just fantastic. She's like the mayor of the place helped us to understand how to order and how everything works here beautiful person

What an adorable cafe! Love the French inspired decor and all the goodies to peruse. I found the menu to be limiting, given my dietary goals, and opted for the shredded chicken omelet with spinach and a matcha latte. Both were good. Cashier was hilarious and did a great job of putting smiles on faces. And, clean up was swift and friendly. This place would be perfect if they had more healthy/lighter options and some music for ambiance. Will definitely return, though.

Had a delightful experience at Olive & Thyme during the holiday week leading up to Christmas and New Years! Not sure if it was the holiday spirit or what but the restaurant staff were all extra nice and chirpy. We came by for a weekend lunch and were able to find a table pretty quickly. The interior is cute and local neighborhood-y type with high ceilings that made it feely airy and spacious. Glossed over the menu before we hopped to the register to order our meals of choice. I opted for the Asian chicken salad to keep things light and healthy. The salad was mediocre - the portion size was small with minimal chicken - nothing special to this item. What helped was that an employee dropped by and gave our group a free oreo cookie and some holiday chocolates. 'Tis the season for giving! The ambiance and service were on point, the food portions are a bit on the smaller size. Nonetheless, Olive & Thyme treated us well.

Ambiance is awesome and workers joked around with us which is always awesome. The inside is super cute and food was delish - LA prices are always a bit on the more expensive side tho

Some of my favorite salads in LA honestly. Sitting inside feels a lot like being inside of a mini Joan's on Third, and it can be a bit loud. Sitting outside is lovely. They also have a parking lot around back.

Another day another olive and thyme takeout order. The Salmon Miso Bowl was definitely a lot better than the first thing I ordered. The salmon didn't have much flavor, the sauce saved it. There was an obscene amount of rice so if you want this to be a filling meal then it will be. Perhaps one of these days I'll sit in to have a better review of the service and ambiance of the place but I will say again it's definitely a cute vibe so I'd eat in if you can!

Hi!! Actually the taste of the food is totally 5 Stars!! But dang it's so pricey!! My Avocado & Barrata Toast $18!!!! But fortunately it was filling and tasted great!!! I only did Take Out...and I phoned in my order 45 minutes prior to picking this up and I told the person on the phone it will be for 12:30pm pickup, and when I arrived, I was told 2 more minutes, apparently I ended up waiting additional 10 minutes, while I see people picking up their food and go. I had to remind the guy that rang me up, about my food!!! So, I have NO Comment on the service because it can be a fluke on my service today, but I was definitely not happy with it. Inside the restaurant was nice a bright. Because I work near here, so I walked. I think parking may be hard, or you can park in the garage next door.

Is it crowded? Yes. Is it loud? Yes. Is it an absolute treat? YES. Tips: There is validated parking at the structure on N Kenwood St. Be sure to present your ticket when purchasing a meal for validation.

I haven't been back in years, but I recently came and I still had a good time here. I came for brunch with my family and thought the food was good for the price. It's your standard cafe. Nothing really blew me away. The staff are so friendly and attentive.

This was just a walk across the street from where we were staying, and it's obviously the place to be for lunch. It's very loud inside and crammed with people talking and laughing and having a good time, which makes you want to run for the hills, but we stuck it out and waited in line to order for 25 minutes. Surprisingly, the service was great, and the food was amazing, and I get why it's a hot spot for lunch. Last words, if you're ever nearby, please go check it out.

Ambience was perfect! Food was okay, but what I didn't like that it's hard to find parking spot and very loud music so you can not to talk or hear anything there. But inside of the place very cute and nice they sell nice stuff

Today we had a sit down lunch date at olive & thyme! Service was fast and seating was available inside and outside. Amazing oat latte! Espresso was so smooth and tasted perfect! I enjoyed the miso salmon bowl. Great spot to sit down for breakfast or lunch!

Was in the area and grabbed takeout lunch for two today. I've been here a couple times and have had a great experience both times in terms of service and food taste/quality, so I was excited to try something new. We ordered the Smash Burger with Fries special of the day and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries. Was greeted by a very friendly staff member who got my food to me fairly quickly. The Good: the food in general was delicious. The burger was juicy and the chicken sandwich was a perfect combo of flavors. The Bad: $10 for a side of fries... I mean c'mon - we're talking about just some fried potato here! The Ok: the fries were just meh. Tasted better after air frying a little bit at home and topping off with some salt. I'll be back to try their brunch and some baked goods!

Based on the reviews I went here to get something prior to going to the Jennifer Hudson show. It was a quick 8 minute walk between the places so I was excited to try it. I was tempted by a lot of items but it was past breakfast. I ended up ordering the sesame noodles, iced tea and Oreo cookie. It was very expensive but the service and food quality very high and the place was so clean.

the sandwiches here are so flavorful! the staff are super friendly, they made our orders so quickly and the quality of ingredients they used was so good. there's parking on the street and the weekdays there's a structured parking lot open in the back.

This place is a gem. One of the best spots in the valley. Great vibe here and all the food is great. Only issue is that the steak sammy with horseradish is SO GOOD it shouldn't be just seasonal. If it's available when you go, get it!!

Ambiance was really cute and casual. Had a little store on the inside with trinkets, knickknacks, books, etc. Service was exceptional Food was okay but pricey, considering everything is al la carte and portions are small.

it is a good place for breakfast and lunch. they provide outdoor seating. the environment is clean and comfortable to dine in, just inside will be a bit loud when filled with people. there are tables and counters you can chose from. their food is decent, the price is bit on the high end based on the size of the food that you would get.

The food is expensive, but the sandwiches are good. The pasta tastes like a cafeteria meal. The decor is nice and the bathrooms are clean. There is lots of seating and outdoor tables. The service wasn't bad. It only has street parking.

Not really sure how to feel about this place. For starters the menu is a bit misleading. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and in the pictures online it was pictured with a side salad but the menu mentioned nothing about a side salad. But you had the option to add a side of fries or tater tots for $10!!! (I thought was insane) I ordered just the sandwich to see. It was a bit small in size, it had a little spice to it but it was pretty dry for a sandwich. So I didn't really enjoy it, and it also came with nothing. My friend ordered the green goddess plate and it just came with an overload of chicken. It came with a shredded chicken in a green sauce, then with another container in the box, and then a side of plain shredded chicken so we were just kinda confused. My friends that ordered the Chinese chicken salad and the kale salad were happy with their meal.

I've been to this restaurant many times before and after covid and I just can't get enough! This used to be a favorite spot for an old boss pre-covid and now that I don't work in burbank anymore I miss it oh so much! Thankfully I live down the street :) I always get their chopped kale salad. That dressing is amazing! I've had a few other things from there before but I always go back to that salad. I'm not even a huge fan of kale, but it's super tasty in this salad! Inside the restaurant is usually busy but the staff is so friendly and service is quick! Love it!

Have you ever wanted to look super cool for a film industry coffee meet? Then boy howdy do I have a place for you. It's expensive yes but you're totally gonna sell that script because the vibes are immaculate here.

I order 4 sandwiches from their menu and asked if they still had grilled cheese for a child that just needs some simple plain food. "No problem. We can make that." Rung it all up and I paid. He charged $18 for a grill cheese!!! Two pieces of bread and slice of cheese. Not even a tomato soup to go with it.

My chinese chicken salad was huge and tasty. It's close to where my mom gets her nails done so I can come here again and try other options.

It used to be my favorite breakfast spot, I moved out of the area and now make the drive just for the short rib hash - until it runs out! This is my favorite breakfast dish, maybe ever. I really hope it comes back.

Very busy restaurant. It has good reason to be because the food is delicious. It's a bit expensive and that makes it more of a treat than a go to destination. It's super loud inside, so make sure you sit outside, weather permitting. It's a fun place because the menu is different from the usual fare.

During yesterday's outing to Olive & Thyme, I had the Chinese Chicken Salad. I enjoyed it, but the food overall feels very pricey for what it is. It's still a super cute lunch spot, and I'll return, but I wish it was a tiny bit more affordable.

I love the food and people here. My favorite salad in California is the Fattoush Salad. It is always fresh and light and plentful with pita chips. You can add a protein but I like things simple. The people that work are top notch and they are always kind and connect with people. I have been coming here for years. There are always deserts to sample. The only down side is it is noisy inside. Score an outside table and have a perfect day!

The hash was amazing! Didn't try anything else but it's a great lunch spot, I'll be at a little pricey for breakfast foods. Service was great and super friendly, everyone was helpful and kind -- would definitely come back again.

Visited this well established eatery for the first time today. From the moment we entered we were welcomed. Tyler who noticed us trying to figure out where to sit or get served, waved us to him and explained how to order our food. I was so pleased with the quality of food, the atmosphere, the amazing customer service and the decor. We shared the kale salad, the raw veggie sandwich, the squash couscous salad, potato salad, dirty chai, and house lemonade. Everything was perfection! I don't often give five stars but this was absolutely well deserved. There's no better place in town. The cost was so reasonable and well worth every penny. Please, don't hesitate to go when your in town. It's a must! I can't wait for the next time. I'm now a big fan. Just for future visitors: You order cafeteria style. There's a line, you order and take a table number, and then a courteous server brings your food. You find your own seats. There's plenty inside and out. Tyler was kind enough to find a seat for us! What a guy!! Also please remember that parking is validated. It's a win win all around! Thank you Olive and Thyme!

Delicious. Staff was nice and great. Atmosphere 10/10. I would recommend to anyone! The juice was delicious!
