I stopped by to get some Vietnamese food. The place inside looks really nice, with great customer service. I do have to say that their broth tasted watered down, but it was still good. I have to say that their bahmi are really good. The bread and the combination of the ingredients make it delicious.

I got the spicy beef short ribs banh mi and it was amazing. It had kimchi in it and was a sandwich I’ll be craving until I eat it again. Great atmosphere!

Oh mai has been my favorite for years but tonight was the worst experience, I am so upset. The girl told us after we ordered as we were paying that they actually close a half hour earlier so we have to get takeout so we begrudgingly say okay and wait. This was the saddest cold pho of my life. There is 1 cup of broth not even close to enough to cover the hard cold noodles so everything is cold. Idk what is happening to the quality here but fix your hours!

Do not get the vietnemese eggrolls, it is a pathetic serving of small egg rolls like microscopic and the taste was not all that either. I'll be going to the Pho places and Lacai Noodle house for my vietnemese egg rolls

Careful, if get something with “spicy” in it, you will get something spicy!! I’ve loved both my trips here though. Tastes super fresh and light while still being perfectly filling.

Actually a super nice restaurant with its own parking 2 building off next to it. Went during the daytime and it was not too busy which I do like however this place deserves more people going during the day. The prime rib Pho and Vietnamese coffee were healthy yet tasty, amazing, simple, and SUPER friendly service. Will be going again.

I have eaten at Oh Mai for many years. When they do a dish good (put in effort) it is spectacular. However a good portion of the time, they put in half effort and the food can just go straight into the trash. This is true for their Bahn Mi, Pho, Buns and any appetizer. Do not even try going to the downtown location, they always put in 1/4 or less effort. There are so many amazing Vietnamese and noodle houses in SLC, probably don't gamble if Oh Mai will be good that day.

I don’t know if I got them on a bad day, but the Banh mi I got here was extremely low quality, especially for the price. I paid 13 dollars after tax for the 5 spice chicken and received an extremely underwhelming sandwich. Hardly any meat, vegetables sliced way too thick, almost as if by someone who didn’t know how to use a mandolin. Whole stems of cilantro just haphazardly wrapped up in the mix. The chicken marinade was too heavy on the fish sauce. The quality of ingredients were average at best. Overall, the sandwich lacked any sort of finesse. I’m leaving two stars because it was passable enough to eat.
