Ogaan - Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi

Evert single one star review about this place is absolutely right. Notice, another case of hiring bots and people for fake 5 star reviews. The energy of the employees is off, unfit for the "brand" that Ogaan claims to be. They are untrained, uneducated, and don't have the skills, intelligence, or baseline energy to be doing what their doing, Pathetic shopping experience. Incompetent and apathetic employees. One cashier, where the line never moves. Nor do they care to help or apologize for making you wait. Not going to put my energy into explaining too much. I was made to pay the wrong price of an item, overcharged once. That was last year. Neelu solved the issue so I let it go. This time, I asked for a brand that they had posted on instagram and the employee was clueless and did not want to put the effort to check online. Don't go, they are hopeless.

Hauz khas delhi - Salespersons are not refined. They are into arrogant marketing tactic. Through words and conduct behave rudely in such a manner that it seems doubtful that you might not be able to afford the product. I wrote a complaint mail to them and never got any reply. Petty and low grade salesmanship.

OGAAN has a dreamy collection of apparels and accessories curated from multiple designers under one roof. It is one of the best-known designer stores in India. It opened in 1989 in New Delhi with the idea of promoting and showcasing great design and craftsmanship from all over India. As claimed by them, some of the biggest names in Indian fashion have retailed their first collections at OGAAN including younger and upcoming Brands. Me and my friend had visited OGAAN for the first time and it was lovely. We loved the charming and elegant store. They have wide variety of designer clothing and accessories which are really beautiful. The staff was really courteous and Polite. I loved visiting OGAAN and hope to visit soon again :)

I cannot describe how incompetent their e-commerce and customer support operations are. This shows that the company training and policies are next to non-existent. I don't know how this company operates worldwide as they claim to and get away with such abysmal customer support. They seem to have a created a cunning strategy to avoid returns and refunds by making it as difficult as possible for their customers at every step. Or is it that Indian customers are not considered important to them? I have been following up their team for 2 months now, for a refund. Till today and I am still not getting proper answers from their customer service agents for my straightforward request: send me a refund confirmation. Every agent says: “ your refund has been processed we will send you the refund ID in 2 days” and then there is a looooooong radio silence…... No one contacts me back or follows up any further. Does this business have any ethics and values? It has now been 25 emails and several whatsapp messages and there has still been no resolution for my refund. If you are buying online and fall for their return policy believe me you will not receive your refund very easily. I am still waiting for mine after 2 months and I see other reviewers here also saying the same thing. If this had happened in the US a consumer complaint would have been filed against them long ago. If you are reading this message Ogaan Team, please take immediate action and refund the money for your long returned product.

If you've got the money to spend, this is the place to be. Contemporary clothing for women. Friendly-ish staff.

Beautiful store with a wide selection of designers. Charu and Harshita were both amazing in their assistance, and were willing to make extreme accommodations in order to get me outfitted for an upcoming wedding - I can’t thank them enough. The clothing is expensive but very, very beautiful. One star off because, as a few other reviews have noted, the men that work the floor are quite rude. I was wearing basic gym wear while shopping and, when I asked for a fitting room, the male staff member looked at me and shook his head, while another laughed. There is no excuse for this service in a store that is quite well-staffed, and I imagine that it might put off other customers as well.
