Excellent customer service and experience with Beryl!! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us find products to bring home as gifts. We are so grateful for her and can’t wait to use our soaps! 😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently visited Officine Universelle Buly 1803, and while the overall experience had its ups and downs, I must commend Cedric for his outstanding service. Despite being extremely busy, Cedric was remarkably helpful and managed to maintain a high level of customer service throughout my visit. His kindness and genuine attitude made a significant difference in my shopping experience. Unfortunately, my experience with another sales associate, a lady with short hair, was far from pleasant. She seemed annoyed and was not helpful at all. When I inquired about a specific item, she informed me that it was sold out, even though I could clearly see it on the shelf. This was quite frustrating and disappointing. Thankfully, Cedric came to the rescue. When I asked him, "Cedric, do you have this? Because the lady said it was sold out," he immediately checked and quickly grabbed the item for me. Thanks to Cedric’s attentiveness and dedication, I was able to purchase what I needed. I’m puzzled as to why the other sales associate would say an item was sold out when it was clearly available. It’s a relief that Cedric was there to provide the excellent service that saved the day. Cedric’s professionalism and helpfulness are truly commendable, and he’s the reason I left the store satisfied.

The staff at this location is so kind and so helpful! I stopped by one day and they didn’t have any wide tooth combs but asked me to try calling in two days because they expected to receive some materials. When I called they informed me they had received some combs, so I was able to go in and get one engraved which took about ten minutes. It also came in beautiful gift wrapping which was such a nice touch.

Nice products but be warned. They won’t even give you separate bags if you buy presents for people. The shop girl even laughed at me when I asked for separate bag since I bought two separate candles for different people. That’s extremely cheap of this kind of brand that everyone buys just because of the packaging. They said they didn’t have enough bags, but everyone in the store was buying presents. The girl acted like it was a favor to give me separate bags for two different presents. Also, when I called them, the girl told me they would do delivery if I bought in the store but when I went directly there, they said they made a mistake and they don’t do this kind of service Really really unprofessional customer service here. All you’re buying is pretty packaging, but maybe you won’t even get that.

Finally got to purchase a perfume here. Really beautiful inside, great selection of products for skin and hair. Different combs and brushes. Service was excellent. Staff very helpful and apologetic about the waiting time. But overall worth the experience.

I was looking for gifts to bring home and I am so glad I stumbled across their store! Heads up, its pricey however there service and product is well worth it. Another point of caution, because they take alot of time with each customer, there will be a line. I bought different bars of soap for different people. They have them displayed in a nice way so that you can smell each one. They come in very elegant boxes as well. I ended up going there 2 times in a week. I bought soap, perfume for my daughter and wife, Hair brushes, and shave cream. Because they were gifts they hand wrote the persons name in Calligraphy for each present. My family looooved the gifts. I also got my son a very nice travel brush with his named monogramed on the back. I will be back if I am in the area. I need to find out how to order their products online in the US.

I lost my lip balm when i check back in hotel from the bag today? Can somebody from the store contact me? Maybe it was left in the store. Or is there any whatsapp number? Date d’emmision 23.12.14 almost closing hour.

1st time in one of this stores. Went to a few of them and there were looooooong lines even before opening time. We came across this one by coincidence, WoW! Beautiful store, with personalized items, perfect place to find that unique gift you want to take home. Heads up, prepare to spend a quite a few euros here but well worth it. Obviously, we will come back for more.
