It is a chaotic shuttle service station with loud disorderly attendants soliciting for passengers. High chances of losing your luggage or being pickpocketed by roudy touts. You need to be extra alert especially during peak travel seasons. Place normally busy and full of human traffic at all times..

We were exchanged from an 11 seater to a 14 seater. That was unfortunate coz the prices and comfort don't match Then the shuttles are not so direct as they claim. Multiple pick ups and drop offs were carried oyt.

I love the degree of care they exhibit, when it comes to how they handle their job,very careful to see each and passenger is served to the best of their wishes,arrive alive and well and whatever good they are boarding with is well taken care of,not lost,damaged etc location is good,secured.
