"Experienced chef-owner Andrea Camastra hails from Puglia, lives in Poland and has a passion for Asian cuisine. All three of these have an influence over the tasting menus at his clever and original restaurant – and the kitchen team carry off all the combinations of flavours and styles with aplomb. Go for the 'Maestro' menu and accompany it with a 'Polish', 'Funky' or 'Jazzy' wine pairing – names which match the vibe, the jazz-inspired murals and the soundtrack. In a unique touch, inspired by his degree in Chemistry from Oxford, Andrea even has an on-site lab for testing out his creations." - Michelin Inspector

The MICHELIN Guide Poland 2023 Is Out!

"In Warsaw, experienced chef and restaurateur Andrea Camastra’s previous restaurant ‘Senses’ was sadly a casualty of the pandemic, but he has bounced back with a vengeance with the opening of NUTA." - The MICHELIN Guide UK Editorial Team

Wow !!! This 1 michelin star restaurant is really amazing! From the second you enter until the second you are leaving you can fill the quality around everything! Now let's talk about the food, we think that every dish were really good and it feel like a journey that you pass with the restaurant, the stuff were super professional and kind. We are so happy that we choose to come and eat here. Great experience and great value!

Absolutely amazing place. Visited Andrea Camastra’s “Senses” twice so had high hopes for “Nuta” and they were definitely fulfilled. The place itself is decorated with lovely murals and art pieces. The music playing is nice and at a volume that’s pleasant. The food was amazing and the service was as well. Very attentive staff who were delighted to tell us about the food and wine. Would visit again.

It’s definitely a five star experience in terms of food, every dish was beautifully crafted and clearly required great skill and attention to detail. However, I found it a bit hard to fully relax, same for my partner, as the main waiter’s detailed explanations came across as somewhat pompous and slightly condescending. We were hoping to simply enjoy our meal, not to be lectured. The rest of the staff, though, were warm, friendly, and had a good sense of humor, which helped balance the atmosphere. I also appreciate that they managed to accommodate us with a same day reservation and tried best to accommodate for our dietary preferences.

Will return. Great food (except the pizza) and presentation. Lovely ambiance and solid service. High ceiling, dimmed lighting, with mostly English speaking dinners. Finding it is a mini trip: ok, it’s behind the Audi car dealership. Many things at this restaurant are inspired by or relate to music. Two menus, Maestro and Virtuoso, which we've. The Polish wine label with music notes. I love the stem they serve the Pinot Noir in, a Spiegelau glass. The Tchaikovsky wine from southern Poland is served in a Schott Zwiesel. The Polish wine is better than the Pinot. I would order a Pinot to enjoy in the glass, but with too much food, I'd leave myself no room for more wine. Thirteen tables (I hope my counting skills were working) are occupied, mostly by couples. One has three, and two tables are by singletons: as it happens, both are male. One table, per night. No repeat. We nearly closed the kitchen. When I asked if I could video the chefs in action in their open kitchen, a server said, 'Of course, there isn't a secret.'

An Unexpected Culinary Journey: A Review of Nuta Restaurant I must confess, I am not typically a fan of fusion nouvelle cuisine. The idea of deconstructed classics and unconventional flavor pairings often leaves me skeptical. However, last night dining experience at Nuta Restaurant in Warsaw completely shattered my preconceived notions, delivering a culinary journey that was as profound as it was delicious. From the moment we stepped inside, Nuta exuded a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The modern, elegant decor, with its subtle nods to music and art, set the stage for what was to be a truly theatrical performance. And at the heart of this performance is the maestro himself, Chef Andrea Camastra. Chef Camastra is a true artist. In the menu he meticulously extracts and combines flavors to create a harmonious symphony on the palate. We opted for the "Virtuoso" menu, and each course was a revelation. A seemingly simple pierogi was transformed into a delicate dumpling with a captivating blend of Polish and Chinese influences. And there was more and more surprises along all the evening. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate. Our waiter guided us through each course, explaining the stories and inspirations behind the dishes, making the experience interactive and engaging. The wine pairings were perfectly matched, enhancing the flavors and adding another layer of complexity to the meal. Nuta isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination. It's a place where tradition meets innovation, and where a talented chef's creativity and passion shine through in every bite. For someone who was a skeptic of fusion cuisine, I am now a devoted convert to the artistry of Andrea Camastra. I highly recommend Nuta to anyone visiting Warsaw. It is a world-class dining experience that is, without a doubt, one of the most memorable meals you will ever have.

this was my first Michelin star experience and hands down the best culinary experience I ever had. the food was phenomenal, each dish prepared with such care that it was a party in our mouths. especially loved the twist of mizeria in a small green ball and the hot dog, two traditional dishes which were elevated to another level. the bread and butter was fabulous, and the desserts memorable. keep in mind that everything in this restaurant is homemade. even the sundried tomatoes were dried over there! it is expensive but it is definitely worth it!

This was my fourth Michelin-starred experience – and without a doubt, the most memorable one so far. NUTA delivers a truly extraordinary sensory journey that goes beyond expectations. Each dish is a delicate balance of Polish heritage and modern elegance, executed with precision, creativity, and emotion. The flavors are bold yet refined, the textures surprising, and every plate feels like a story unfolding. The service is flawless – attentive, warm, and highly professional – and the atmosphere strikes that rare harmony between sophistication and comfort. NUTA is not just a meal, but a celebration of culinary art. A must-try in Warsaw, even for seasoned fine dining lovers.

Pros: Excellent food! Great explanation of the food Nicely decorated food Good service Beautiful location and indoor decoration Employer seem to care deeply about workers Cons: The volume from all the guests were quite loud, sometimes hard to hear the waiter and table companion. Would have liked a drinking menu from the start and information that the drinking pairing came later in the dinner.
