Will always be my favorite place to stay in Florence!!! Annika who checks us in greets us with a hug and I feel like I’m coming home. The space is stunning, artistic, and cool. The ability to use the communal kitchen is awesome and the rooms are spacious and chic. It’s also in a fabulous part of town!!! Far enough from the crazy tourist areas, but still in the heart of things. I look forward to my stay here every year.

I have stayed at Numeroventi on two separate trips, both have been exceptional experiences. The rooms are great with a lot of space and nice amenities. It’s also a major plus you are right in the heart of the city and everything you would want to go see or do is a short walk away. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Rarely comment on a one-star at a place I go unless it becomes unbearable. Every time when I think about this I can still feel the anger and being disrespected at the moment. This is the WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN During my travel. (I wrote a comment a few months ago about the detail we have encountered but it doesn't publish) Disappointing stuff attitude. Not worth the price. The window was broken, and we were not informed upon check-in. Overall, this is not a place for people to live in and want to take a good rest, 1 the noise. 2 this place AKA as a “Renaissance building”…there are so many buildings in Florence that are Renaissance buildings. You don't necessarily have to find a place to live in and rest with noisy streets at night. 3. Don't want to point out who this was, but it is unprofessional to have the equipment broken down and not tell the guest about it upon check-in. This is not acceptable.

The stay itself was stunning. There were a few hiccups that weren’t the most pleasant. 1) make sure to walk only in the middle of the stairs in your room, the sides are so slippery as if someone sprayed them with pledge 2) the sink was clogged up 3) someone WALKED INTO OUR ROOM before it was checkout time. That is an extremely huge no from me… very unpleasant. Food at lunch was phenomenal. The atmosphere was creative and ethereal. The staff was extremely pleasant and kind. 3.5/5 stars

This place can really be a magical place to stay - highly recommended for design enthusiasts, the space is truly Zen - amazing light coming in from the windows all day - the courtyard is amazing for meditating, reading, talking, drinking wine. This is not a traditional hotel with a lot of amenities - but that's a plus for me personally - although I hear they have a great breakfast for their guests now

Very aesthetic place and most importantly, clean! All the staff are very kind. Breakfast was included in the beautiful open (but indoor) space and it was simple but enjoyable and intimate. We really enjoyed our stay. Ps. Be prepared to go up a few flights of stairs!
