This bar is an absolute gem! The cocktails were nothing short of amazing--each one expertly crafted with a unique twist that elevated the experience. Every drink felt intentional, creative, and perfectly balanced. Tony behind the bar is a true standout, bringing both incredible skill and a welcoming energy that made the night even better. The atmosphere? Plush, stylish, and effortlessly cool--the kind of place where you want to settle in and savor every moment. From the drinks to the service to the ambiance, everything was top-notch. Easily one of the best bars I've been to, and I can't wait to return!

Such a beautiful design, innovative and delicious cocktails and wonderful staff. I loved everything about this place and definitely recommend it. The cocktail called "Desperate Housewife" is one of the most delicious cocktails I have ever tried (though very light) and it comes with an interesting prop ;)

I'm a fan of quirky cocktails, and boy did this place deliver. Decked out in memorabilia and kitsch in a maximalist dream kind of way, their original drinks were all excellent and tasty. Something for everyone, they have originals that will sit well with traditionalists and something for those looking for new and unexpected combinations.

What did we stumble upon! This place is a hidden gem! Great cocktails, very creative! You can ask them to surprise you. Awesome and friendly staff.

Love love love this place. The cocktails feel original even when they are classics because the presentation is always something unexpected. The balance of alcohol and flavor drinks is perfect every time and the food spreads are delicious. Perfect date spot or way to impress a group of friends. My only caution is to closely check your bill because they added things to ours by mistake and we almost over paid by around 20euro. Hopefully this was a genuine mistake but it is always best to check.

Nottingham Forest in Milan is an outstanding cocktail bar, truly a hidden gem. I tried a mezcal-based cocktail that was incredibly innovative, while my wife enjoyed a fusion cocktail, which was the special of the day. To top it off, I had a futuristic twist on a Negroni, which was impressively crafted. The whole experience felt like the Disneyland of cocktail bars – creative, fun, and expertly executed

Simply amazing cocktails in a cool bar. It's not a huge space, and I would recommend getting there early to get a seat inside. The cocktails are unusual and amazing, and there is nothing you will normally see. The theatre of the cocktails makes it so much more than a drink. If you want an experience, go here. Cocktails were 14 euros each and worth every penny.

Honestly, best bar I've ever been to. The staff is really nice, noticed us in time when a table was free. The best part are the cocktails though. A wide variety of them are on the menu, and you can tell there's been some thought into it! All of them are very creative and fun to try, and we've actually been here twice in the 3 days we've stayed in Milan. I highly recommend "The best" :)

This bar was awesome! With no reservation we waited just a couple minutes where we were seating in some classic cleather chairs. The ambiance is great inside the small cozy bar, however could use some more music. Most importanly, the cocktails were superb and so fun. Every cocktail was 12 Euros, and each cocktail comes with such character. The cocktails are fun, adventurous, tasty, and strong! The waiters were also superb and added to the fun expeirence of the bar. I recommend if you are in Milan to grab atleast 1 drink at Nottingham Forest.

Divey but not and super cute . Drink is absolutely delish . Worth a visit and a great recommendation by a local . It was surprisingly open when everything seems to be closed this time of year . Oh and the bartenders will accommodate in English !

Great place for a unique drink in Milan. Both thr indoor and outdoor atmosphere is nice. Seems like a one price fits all for the drinks. But their specialty is specialty drinks. Not the place to come for a Bud or Negroni.

Worst experience ever. I must preface by saying my husband and I travel the world and appreciate good customer service WHEREVER we go, as most people do when spending their hard-earned money. Before heading to Milano, I'd done quite a bit of research on craft cocktail/mixology bars. NF landed on my list. Bad decision. 1. We waited over an hour for an indoor seat - TOTALLY OK except, three couples before us that shared that "outdoor seating worked for them" were whisked inside whenever an indoor seat became available. 2. Once inside: it WREAKED of a hard-boiled egg smell - in all fairness, maybe a drink ingredient - I digress. There was NO MUSIC playing to create any type of vibe - elevator music or punk rock or even a repeat of the Baby Shark theme song would've been nice. 3. Service: The WORST. All the waiters took their time with taking orders and generally looked annoyed whenever u asked a question. Not welcoming at all. 4. The drinks: rule of thumb, never present cocktails in a special way, just to have the taste fall flat. My husband ordered a very well-presented, 3-layer tiki-inspired drink ... we're pretty sure two of the tiers were just fruit juices though it was described as 3 great drinks in one. I ordered a CO2 drink that looked nice but had ZERO flavor - only that of absinthe. When I mentioned that I'd like another drink to a guy who was not our waiter, it took 20mins for our actual waiter to come over to see what I'd prefer. By that time, I was disappointed and ready to go. Note: The waiter took so long to return to the table, we had to walk up to him, as he hung out by the bar, in order to close the check (in which case, we still paid €12 for each drink that we did not consume - without so much as a small apology or blink of an eye). My advice: SKIP THIS PLACE. We visited WAY BETTER places that will leave you IN LOVE WITH MILANO. This simply isn't it.

Somehow with every drink I try at Nottingham Forest, I finish it and say, "That was the best drink I have ever had." NF has been on the top 50 bars in the world for a decade straight and I have a hard time believing that there are 49 bars better than this gem. Their menu deserves a Pulitzer. The aesthetic, an Oscar for set design and the presentation an A+++. Even if the drinks sucked, Nottingham would get 4 stars. I've tried the bathtub, CSI NY with the capsule that melts in your mouth, sweet cloud, rhino, and the e.r sweet. The ER Sweet and Sweet Cloud are my favorites. The ER Sweet tastes like candy and the Cloud has delicious alcoholic peach whipped cream. Expect a wait given its size (approximately 40 seats). I've waited around an hour each time, but, if you leave Milan without going, you are a fool. Go earlier for €10 drinks for happy hour. Otherwise, the €12 is well worth it for the best drinks of your life.

If you order off the menu of their proven, crowd-pleasing drinks, you'll likely get something you like. After my first drink (from their menu, which was good) I asked for a slight variant of a classic cocktail, which was butchered and undrinkable. I asked for an exchange for another drink, at which point they said it wasn't possible to exchange a drink. Different from what I'm used to in these kinds of places but still, not a total catastrophe. We went to get up and pay the bill, both the original and the potential drink I wanted to exchange for were on the bill. Ok now I started to feel like I was being ripped off. They eventually took one drink off the bill but I still left feeling like we were being swindled. These kinds of places should stand behind their drinks. I won't be coming back. Save your money and find a place with bartenders who know how to make drinks, not just follow a recipe.

This is such an amazing bar but also an amazing experience. As tourists visiting Milan, we went on a Friday evening around 7 however was seated in a cute alcove which were in multiple nooks throughout the bar. From the quirky and international decor to the menu everything had charm. Our drinks were both creative and super strong( a lot of drinks have absinthe in it). Also I'm true Italian fashion, they provided small bites randomly from Caviar finger sandwiches to meatballs and pizza focaccia bites . Coming from New York this bar topped many I've frequented and the presentation is perfect. We tried three drinks the bathtub, a CSI and a boxed one. Wish I came here every night but for sure will return next time I'm in Milan. Do yourself a favor and make this a must see. The menu itself is worth taking your time and reading due to its descriptions.

Ranked #41 on the Worlds Best Cocktail Bars list. Another classy cocktail bar. I had to BS my way in , but I was traveling alone so it wasn't too difficult. The inside was small but cute . On this particular night , the crowd seemed more local , which I greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this bar to anyone.

Strongest drink of my life. But somehow still amazing at the same time. All of the drinks were so well made and described on the menu. Very cute vibe and decor. I definitely can see it being one of the 50 best bars in the world (2015 list), never have had a drink that knocked me off my feet like that! I just checked, I have been to 5 if the 50 best bars in the world (in NYC, 2018 List)

Fantastic experience and cocktails in ways I never imagined. Had a flower cocktail, a dry martini with liqeur bubbles, a bathtub and a rocket drink. Extremely intereseting to see whats out there in the drink world. The guys at Nottingham forest knows what they're doing and I applaud them! Molecular drinks works. I do prefer classic cocktails, but this is amazing and the bartenders there really knows what the're doing. Dario even gave me his DVD, so thank you!

The.Best.Cocktail.Bar.Ever. Period. Dario Comini is a master at his craft, both in the quality of what he serves and in the style in customer services he has developed over the decades he has operated NF. Go early if you wish to get a good seat. (Beat the crowds that go there for the "experience"!). Ask for recommendations in navigating the impressive menu: the staff is friendly and incredibly professional. Or simply enjoy classic (and classy) drinks. A Milanese tradition and a great spot even when compared to other great cocktail bars worldwide.

Not the best service and they dropped my credit card on the floor and forgot to pick it up. They didn't even apologize. I really loved the drinks though, there was such a fun drink called sex in the city - it was strawberry champagne served in a heel with a condom! Very fun drinks and rated one of the top 50 bars in the world, but they really need to improve on their service. They brought a lot of olives and corn nuts, but they kept forgetting to check on our table and be cordial... My friend got the beach stone, which had an actual stone in it! Exciting and cute. I would come back but they really need to have better servers, again. They charge the entire check to my card and lost my friend's card totally!

Wow is all I can say. Like, WOW! Love the vibe, love the decor, food and drinks on point.

Expectations crushed. Ok so its a tourist trap, but yes still worth checking out for experience. Its a theatrical bar, not a quality mixologist heaven like perceived with reviews given. Its fun to bring a couple friends and order various mystery drinks to see what fabulous garnishments you each end up with, but thats about it. The drinks bitters/herbs/flavors are cliche, the spirits middle shelf. But I'll give them another try in the future and perhaps adjust this rating simply because their menu is vast, and between the wife and I we only made it 7 drinks in.

We read about this bar in a blog post and were so intrigued by the silly concoctions we had to give it a try even though we don't really "do" cocktails. And that was okay because this was much more like sport! Really fun to see what was available.

I was very excited to go to this bar, as I saw pictures of extravagant drinks online. However, my group of 6 waited over 1 hour while 3 groups got seated before us. We understood that our group was larger but the Nottingham Forest management paid no regard to the order of the queue. Honestly very disappointed in the service here because expectations were very high. Note that service may be better in smaller groups but management needs to prioritize seating guests in the order they have arrived.

Definitely worth a try if you are in the area! Nottingham Forest is a great place to grab a drink.. but no more than two or else you will be rolling out of there! I came on a Saturday evening before dinner and had to wait 40min to get in. But definitely worth the experience. - i haven't seen anything like this before in the U.S. This was my first time in Italy and we spent a day in Milan and wanted to hang out where the locals go and discovered this. The menu has +50 drinks to chose from and each is has their own identity and almost no two are the same which is nice. Each drink was a very detailed description on story, presentation, and ingredients so its worth taking a few minutes at first to read thru before you make your selection. The atmosphere is very cool, relaxed and welcoming, no one seems to be rushing you out unlike most bars I've been to in NYC. The server we had was hilarious and overall had a wonderful time.

the only thing worse than waiting 45 minutes to get into a bar is when you finally make it in and it is SILENT. Inventive drinks? But really just gross deviations from normal drinks. My first drink was a Bloody Mary but they just separated the tomato juice and the tequila. Drinks named after 90s/2000s HBO shows. He told me I would like the sex in the city because it was "a pretty presentation for a girl."There was a condom in the drink. The drink that was served in a heel. One star because the corn nuts were good?

The worst experience I've ever had at any bar in the world. The customer service was beyond abysmal and the staff had absolutely no manners, class or knowledge of how to deal with customers. I would not suggest anyone go to this bar when there are far better places in Milan that offer a true authentic experience that is well worth it.

Our local hosts suggested this place to us and we were so grateful. It's no joke that this place is popular. We got there on a Friday night right when it opened and snagged a nice seat, but it was already pretty packed and people were stuck waiting not long after we got our spots. We had to watch ourselves because these drinks were so fun and so creative and so delicious, we had to limit ourselves to just a couple (okay, a few). Lots of little snacks served so you're not drinking completely on an empty stomach. So much fun, incredible creative selection, and yummy drinks - highly suggest!

Delicious drinks, interesting decor, but this place was so hyped up before we got there that I think maybe it fell short a little bit. Definitely worth a visit, and when they say that you ordered a "strong" drink, they mean it.

This is an absolute must to visit if you like cocktails and drinks. Expert bartenders use an immense arrange of spirits from all over the world, and expertise in chemistry, to present you flavours pleasantly surprising your tastebuds. This bar has a bohemian but hushed atmosphere, providing the perfect ambiance for an unforgettable moment spent with good company.

Super cool place! Very inordinary cocktails, just go there and you will see it. I've never seen anything similar before. Nit: Most cocktails are not super alcoholic. So, don't expect to be super drunk after them. But you'll be totally amazed by taste and by the way they serve them.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST. This is hands down the best cocktail bar in Milano! The cocktails are just insanely good and excellently prepared. You can choose from an extremely wide variety of cocktails and flavors, and you sure won't be disappointed by what you will end up getting. Prices are hight but is worth mentioning that this is one of the Top 50 bars in the whole freaking World so yeah, there is that. The place looks stunning, the decor inside are incredible. It's kind of a small place though, so don't think you can just show up there with a group of friends and expect to get it. In this place you get in only by small groups of 2-3 people at the time, so keep that in mind. If you end up in Milano and you like cocktails you have to check this place out!!

Amazingly creative, beautiful and delicious cocktails. Very cool decor. Very friendly service, despite the cool air. If you like to drink, you can't miss this place.

Never in my life I've reviewed worst service or experience... Being told this is one of the "most tries" in Milan, I most disagree... Arriving 1 hour before closing and the bouncer telling us that they are closed due to regulations, but at the same time they are announcing on their own page that they are open until 2 am... We were told that we could wait outside until our taxi arrived, and 30min waiting we could suddenly get one quick drink before they closed... Don't waist your time here, the service are almost better then their drinks... Think their rating made them prioritize on the wrong thing... Remember one very important thing when it comes to reviews - the business have friends, and they are normally local people - I'm not ;)

This is one of the worst places I've been (talking about staff). Drinks are expensive (innovative, but expensive) and the treatment to the client is the lowest I've ever had. The place is tiny! Not worth to try.

Probably the most amazing cocktail experience of my life. I used to live in Milan and attended this place quite frequently. If you are into mixology, this is the place for you with quite decently priced drinks. Keep in mind to stand in line at about 5:30pm in order to get a table inside as it's small. The doorman is... quite rude to say the least but once you're in, it's definitely worth the poor treatment (definitely not trying to justify it though as I think rude treatment for a place of this standard is inexcusable). If it weren't for the rudeness, I would give this place 5 stars.

Gimmicky cocktails for cheesy fun. Think I had a Miami CSI cocktail or something after asking the waiter to recommend a drink with lime in it. It came with ingredients separated, including a novelty plastic syringe to combine ingredients. With the bright pink food coloring, I was afraid it would be to sweet of a drink, but it wasn't. The wow factor seems to be all in the presentation, not necessarily the taste. Friends had drinks in novelty glasses that looked like a woman's stiletto, a skull, and a goblet. We had a nice cozy corner to ourselves, a group of 5, so we were quite comfortable.
