Norse Store

My previous positive online experiences with Norse Store didn't quite translate to the physical store. While the selection is fantastic, featuring Engineered Garments apparel, beautifully crafted Paraboot shoes, and Porter Yoshida bags, the atmosphere and perhaps the staff dynamics left much to be desired. The vibe of the place felt a bit off, and I couldn't shake the feeling of being somewhat ignored, despite not being a particularly demanding shopper – I simply appreciate having someone available for advice. It's a shame because the overall shopping experience greatly contributes to the enjoyment of purchases. Nevertheless, I may give it another chance in the future, as the allure of their offerings is undeniable.

The customer service here is consistently poor. I've been shopping at this store for years and have noticed no improvement in this area. Additionally, no refunds are given for in-store purchases, and this policy is not communicated at the time of purchase.

I just bought a sandal 42$ plus delivery 22 should 68 dollars. I get charged 102.24 !this is frode guys

Ordered a jacket from here arrived really quickly considering it was shipping to the UK. Mistake with the item I ordered which wasn’t in their control but they handled it amazingly and provided a great customer experience resolving my issues

a truly copenhagen classic, 10 years ago they had a good selection of stuff and they are still relevant with some nice worldwide renowned brands. visvim, paraboot, man-tle to name a few. staff was not so eager to help but hey that can happen

Terrible customer service after their shipping partner lost the package. Cannot recommend such an incompetent organization that doesn't stand behind their products nor care about their customers. Never again. Buyer beware
