There is always a queue no matter what time in a day. The restaurant has 20 seats only. It took me an hour of waiting to get seated. I ordered the premium one. Overall the food is good but not astonishing good. It might not be worth it if waiting for over an hour. I would say don't waste the time to wait if u see 20+ people in the queue. Good Luck.

Around an hour’s wait, however this Tsujihan branch was amazing. The Kaisendon was great, the broth mix at the end, even better. Tasted better than one of the other branches I’ve previously tasted. The sea bream broth mixed with rice as well as that brown sauce was amazing. Seems like the secret was in the toasted sesame seeds on the rice.

Go before they open to get a seat right away. Delicious seafood dons. Halfway through eating your bowl place your bowl on the counter for them to add a beautiful yuzu broth to your bowl and the option to get additional rice. Highly recommend! Staff is friendly. A+++

The flavor is a delightful combination of the fresh, briny taste of seafood balanced with the mildness of the rice. The dish is typically light yet very flavorful, with the natural sweetness of the seafood shining through..

If you go on a weekday, the wait is about an hour. There’s a designated queue in front of the restaurant. The food is amazing—absolutely delicious! They also provide soup that you can pour over your rice. It’s so good that I wish I could eat it every day!

Recommended by a local and came after a colleague said he would dine here two days in a row.
Started queueing around 5.30pm, and waiting time was less than an hour. Since it was my last meal in Tokyo I ordered the biggest bowl with top ups and was well worth it.
Near the end of the meal, you can even ask the chef to add soup to the rice and finish the bowl in a different way.
Fresh, tasty and filling and will definitely be back if time permits.
As with most Japanese restaurants, you are expected to come, dine and move on (especially with the queue outside).

The main dish was delicious (I had Matsu course with extra sea uni) extremely enjoyed the fish meat and rice until I finished the bowl with Tai-dashi, full of experiences. The sashimi starter was amazing! especially the roasted white sesame sauce. Yummmy! Best meal in Tokyo I’d say :) definitely come back.

Went there at 4:25pm, and waited exactly 1 hr until I was seated.
Sashimi is fresh and naturally sweet. You are supposed to finish 2/3 of the bowl and ask the chef to pour the broth into the bowl to enjoy the dish in a different way. Chef also asked if you would like to add more rice before he pour the broth. I enjoyed the dish overall but more without the broth.
Worth the wait if the wait is under 1 hr.
