Incredible “up close and personal” venue to see a show. We saw Paw Paw Rod who was an incredible entertainer, as well as his band really jammin’ on guitars, keyboard and drums! Paw Paw Rod even came into the crowd after the show and he was so nice and grateful as he talked to fans. It was also nice to be able to order food and have it delivered to our table next door before the show. Great venue 10/10 recommend.

Horrible customer service from the management staff. Got kicked out for no reason. Targeted by staff for no apparent reason. I spent hundreds on tickets for our family and friends and didn't get to witness the performer we came all the way from Canada to see. Terrible establishment. Will not be back. 0/10 The photo included is of the space that I was standing at to have the perfect view to see the recording artist that I came here to see which I did not in fact see.

I've attended 2 concerts at Neumos so far. OTEP in 2017 & bôa with Sea Lemon in 2024. For the majority of the show, I spent time downstairs for OTEP (all ages, standing room only) & upstairs on the balcony for bôa (21+ bar with seated and standing options but limited visibility + tv screens to compensate). The drinks are expensive but not overly ridiculous for a concert (NO cash). The security was friendly, quick & efficient. I appreciated how firm they were with not allowing alcohol in the all ages main area and having guard(s) posted at each entry throughout the entire show. Packed standing room only downstairs leads to sore feet & getting pretty hot/uncomfortable. I wasn't 21 yet in 2017 so I didn't have the option to go upstairs or sit down. They do offer water downstairs, which is extremely helpful. The bathrooms were basic but without any glaring problems. Buying merch is way easier to do before the show starts due to awkward placement of merch tables. The layout of the balcony is awkward but it seems like they've tried to make the best with what the building architecture allows. Much of the balcony has limited view and depending on the vibe of attendees, you may not see anything below due to the crowd that forms at the banister. But they have plenty of seating options upstairs and the live feed TVs they have placed are great quality and allow you to see the stage clearly while listening to the music. It's located in Capitol Hill so if you're not acquainted with busy city antics be prepared for busyness, the occasional sirens/screaming/yelling and possibly being approached. There's plenty of food/drink/cool things to do within waking distance and the public transport into the area is fairly user-friendly/frequent/reliable. bôa was sold out and the line to get inside before the show wrapped around the block in front of other businesses, so make sure to not stand in doorways. I bought tickets online through AXS and entry at the door was a breeze. They allowed re-entry which is fairly rare these days and MUCH appreciated. They also allowed non-clear bags (they were searched) but that may be different at the event you go to. I recommend you bring a handheld fan, if you're downstairs or get warm easily 🥵🪭 Overall, I prefer to attend concerts at Neumos compared to larger venues as it provides a more intimate experience.

Great venue. I've caught a few shows here and it's been great every time. Bar tenders make good drinks. They do have metal detectors at the door, so be sure to leave any knifes in the car.

My friend and I went to Neumos for the first time last night to see the Beaches and we were really impressed with the venue. We got in really fast and the staff seemed very organized in comparison to other venues we’ve been to. The bathrooms seemed really clean too. It’s a small and intimate space which was cool for seeing one of my favorite bands up close. The sound was also really good and it was sold out yet it didn’t feel overcrowded. The only downside is that there’s not a ton of parking close to the venue. We parked at Bank of America around a ten minute walk away and just got a Lyft to the venue and back which wasn’t a big deal. We’ll definitely come back if someone’s performing there that we want to see.

Great, intimate venue! The sound quality was superb and the lighting was fantastic. The staff were friendly, the venue was clean and had great air flow, so it didn't get too hot. Upstairs has TVs showing the stage, so you can see no matter where you are!

Such a cute little theater! The staff were amazing and they made sure to make me feel right at home and I had a grand time at the concert and staff were so nice and friendly. Made me less skittish lol

This place routinely will have service fees that cost more than the tickets themselves. I wanted to buy NYE party tickets and I kid you not the “service fee” for simply purchasing the ticket costs more than the tickets itself. Absolutely nuts. Just today I checked to see if there were any events that might be fun and I stumbled onto their Sticky event with music from Tyler the Creator. Guess what? Same deal. Out of principle I will not visit this establishment until they get rid of these hidden junk fees. Stop preying on people. If you need more money then raise the cost of the ticket. Show some backbone and be transparent with your customers. Gross behavior from a gross venue.
