Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills is one of the best places to shop. It’s wonderful and amazing. I love everything about it. I always love to shop there. But recently I had a wonderful experience at cosmetic department in brand name LA PRAIRIE, a lady who helped me her name is Tammy. I have a to say she’s wonderful, she’s one of the best. She explained all the details about the products, she was very nice to me. I asked many questions and she was so patient with me. The best best customer service ever. I purchased those skin care products and she gave me an app for the facial, I came back for the facial and I was in rush, when I got there I didn’t feel well, so Tammy came to me she was so welcome she brought me a bottle of water, she is absolutely amazing she is an angel. I got the facial, the lady who worked on my skin did absolutely an amazing job, she worked on my skin around 55min and for 20min she explained all the products and details to me. So I had the best experience at NM. This place is amazing and people are professional. Everything was beyond amazing. Thank you Tammy and thank you NM :)

I always love shopping at Neiman Marcus relative to competing stores. I noticed that at almost every Neiman Marcus I’ve been to in several different states, the great customer service is consistent. Please don’t change that, Neiman’s! I’d like to give special recognition to Mim Flynn at this Beverly Hills location who showed tremendous customer service. I highly recommend people visit this store and any Neiman Marcus as it is evident that customer service and satisfaction is their priority!

It was first and last time that i purchased something from This store. It was a nightmare . ON Black Friday they put really good discounts on Jacquemus bags . I purchased bag with pick up from store. When i got the order i saw that its wrong bag. Lady from Customer support at the store checked and told me the bag that i ordered available in warehouse and they will order for me, And issued store credit for me, next day i got confirmation for my new order , after 2 days it was cancelled. I called store they told me its sold out . But it was available online with original price and without any discounts. And they told me we will match for you and order again, after few hours my order became returned ( i couldn’t understand anything) so there is no Black Friday deals, it’s just fake and its good marketing, i asked them refund money they said credit store already issued. So it was there’s fault , and i lost bag and have stupid store credit from store .

The security guard w the good hair was super nice, friendly, but not too friendly. Interacted with him the most! He complimented my style, and even reminded me there were more floors. The security saved the experience. Shout out to that homie!

The bar is always the best at Neiman Marcus the drinks are strong and delicious. They actually have a great food menu as well but the chili is a must if you come here. It’s always fun to do little shopping and cocktails.

Beautiful store. You will find all high end designers brands like Gucci, Saint Laurent , balenciaga etc. here .

Horrible company do not buy from them online. I specifically asked for a store pickup and they sent it through FedEx and package was let at my door and stolen customer service is terrible they closed the claim and couldn’t prove delivery. FedEx, horrible company took a picture but doesn’t provide any proof that it was left at my door. Wasted $350.00 never ever buying anything from Neiman again
