The best iced matcha in the city!
Come here on a weekly basis- One of my fav places to visit, Neighbours is cozy, beautifully designed and has a great combination of a cozy feeling and focus for when you want to work for a few hours.
Ask for Andrea - her friendly and impeccable service will have you coming back. She makes the best drinks, has a lovely warm ambience and adds the 5* touch at the 1Hotel. Perfection!

Very nice place with good coffee. A bit expensive but relative to Mayfair prices. Appropriate place to study/work during the day, but is full pretty fast, it can be quite hard to find a seat. I would still recommend and go again !

I was recommended this cafe as a study cafe online so decided to check it out. Definitely not a study cafe, the vibe is too relaxed and chill, but definitely great to catch up with friends in the morning! Food is quite good, I ordered an oat cappuccino and their yoghurt pot for £13 which is a bit expensive but that’s Mayfair prices. It’s inside a hotel so everything feels safe and upscale, and the staff are so kind. Would recommend a visit!

It’s our first time to London and visited Neighbours in one morning for take-away coffees. The staff was busy chatting with one customer and ignoring us. Just saw the other Google review stating the same thing, so clearly it didn’t just happen to us.
What’s more, the staff with blonde hair gave us faces as we are non-locals and paying in cash. Maybe that impression was close to call it ‘discrimination’. What a shame that she works in hospitality, let alone it’s a luxury hotel cafe. Travellers are from around the world and I guess it’s understandable that some still prefer using cash. Whatever her attitude was for racism or for the inconvenience, it’s the worst experience in my whole trip.

I just had a giggle with Roma at the coffee bar. Attentive, profession and welcoming from the moment she said hello. My first visit to Neighbours… and will most definitely be coming back. Thank you :) Great coffee too!

Got the white chocolate Matcha with a croissant. Very good. Would recommend and return! It’s in the lobby of the 1 hotel. As soon as you enter, to the right.

Had a mint tea and a raspberry scone that were both delicious. Nice seating and great music being played throughout the lobby.

The salmon and avocado muffin was very well made and very delicious, especially when toasted. So if you're okay with the price tag, I would recommend this. The inside of the cafe was also very comfortable, though a little small.
Unfortunately, I did find the matcha latte to be disappointing given the seven pound price tag attached to it. There was little to no matcha taste and the whole milk tasted a little strange with it in this drink.
All of this, along with the fact that there was a two hour limit to how long we could remain -- which is admittedly understandable given the size of the inside -- and the 17.25 price tag for two items, I had to sadly dock to 4 stars.
