Neighbourhood Lisbon

This was our very first stop after our long flight to Lisbon. Both the food and service were amazing. It was our first impression of the city and it did not fall short. Probably the best breakfast and coffee we had all trip. Highly recommend!

Lovely cafe in Lisbon. The menu has awesome breakfast and brunch options. Lot’s of vegan and vegetarian items on it. Feels healthy and fun. The coffee is great. A must try is the mango chia pudding!

A Pleasant Experience Neighborhood offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We tried the toast with pulled pork and the Meaty Breakfast burrito, both of which were tasty but could use a bit more kick in flavor. The coffee was well-prepared, complementing the meal nicely. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The quality of the food is solid. It can get quite busy during peak hours, so be prepared for a wait. Overall, a nice choice for brunch in Lisbon.

The service is excellent, the staff is friendly. What is the only one good experience here. The place looks great because here is always a lot of tourist. But the food is super heavy, disappointing. The Ice latte with too much coffee and water instead of milk, the cappuccino was good what l can recommend. We will come back to try it again, and we hope that the second visit will be a positive experience.

Nice & cozy atmosphere – It feels great to have a meal like this once in a while, overlooking the old streets and of Lisbon. The design of the place really blends in and does a good job attracting visitors. I was a bit surprised by the menu, I was expecting more options, specifically drinks and sweet dishes (like pancakes at least). I was not expecting it to be so Mexican influenced, although I liked it – but after a burrito I could not eat anything else and I feel a brunch place like Neighbourhood should offer some smaller portions, so people would want to try more things. In the end I enjoyed it even though I believe there is space for improvement regarding their menu options.

Jalapeño Avocado on Toast: well balanced bit more on sourish spectrum, very mildly spicy (would expect little more burn from jalapeños). I chose and got poached eggs with it even though it is not a listed option and they were very nicely done. Toast it self could have been bit thicker but overall pretty nice. Carnitas Benedict, was an excellent toast. Savoury and warm with perfectly poached eggs on top was definitely a win. Negative point of both was the size. My hunger didn’t get satisfied. Coffee was supreme, very little acidity but strong bitter taste!

Great breakfast spot. Nice selection of coffee and drinks. Get the Breakfast burrito but also don’t stay away from the other food options, everything is tasty. They also do smash burgers later in the day.

Loved this spot and will definitely be back! The food and coffees were incredibly delicious and our server was so chill and friendly. At first we were surprised by the high prices in the menu, but honestly - it is worth it. The ingredients all taste fresh and high quality. I’m already craving more! My only wish is that the chips be homemade - everything else was perfect!
