Staff is so friendly, and they are willing to help whenever you need. I asked for a pair of shoes with a size that they don't have instore. The staff checked that other store might have the shoes, and he ran out so quickly to try to grab me that.
I was going to buy the shoes but didn't want to take them along the way to another ciry. But fortunately they provide reserve and pickup services in 16 days. So I reserved it and want back to purchase and pickup the item.

What a disappointment! The customer service at this store is terrible.
The salesman wearing a bucket hat and glasses was really annoyed and impatient with every question I asked him.
I finally bought a jacket, he handed me my item while turning his head away.
I will never buy from this store again!!!

I did the online shopping by 3rd Jan.
however,you just informed to me you can't confirm my bank card for the payment by 9th Jan.During this period you did not contact with me and not confirmed with me for anything!is this your way for work?
Worse,i did contact u for this matter for several times by email..you did not answer it till now for the last email! And even ask me to shopping directly by store! What's the meaning for the online store?!This is what good attitude and service yo the customer!

I am so surprise of their AWFUL customer service that we had in this store. If my husband was not a fan of the brand, I would have just ask him to walk out the store straight away. This particular staff having super bad attitude problem. Not helpful, not friendly, doesn’t smile, stood right in front of us, giving us a very impatient look and looking down on us. We bought something in the end. We truly don’t deserved and paying a premium price to get bad service and terrible experience like this. I don’t really like to write bad reviews, but it was extremely terrible.

Best coat I ever bought. There store personnel isn’t very internationally orientated or trained. But they get a translator when you have a customer service problem. So I was helped well.
