Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Santorini

What a spectacular resort! The concierge service provided exceptional support even before our arrival, offering recommendations for activities and restaurants, and handling all our reservations and transportation needs seamlessly. Every staff member exceeded our expectations, ensuring all our needs were met. Our suite was stunning, with breathtaking views. The only drawback, particularly for older guests, is the number of steps built into the rocky landscape. Despite that, it’s easily a 5-star experience and beyond!

We had the best time at this hotel! This hotel is pure luxury! The views are breathtaking and the service here is amazing. The hotel staff is so friendly and are willing to help in anyway. The concierge was also so helpful in booking us beautiful and fun day trips around the island! Thank you to the Mystique staff for an amazing stay we had a great time!

I rarely write a review on hotel or resort stays, but this time I am compelled to write about our recent fantastic stay at Mystique Resort, one of the most gorgeous resorts in Santorini, as it was by far one of the best experiences from A to Z. |First, before our arrival even, we were greeted by such enthusiasm by the guest services, to help us plan the best possible stay by email. I have to note here Ms Konstantina V. who was superb before and after arrival, offered us an extensive and tasteful menu of what to do. |Our check in was very smooth and the porters were waiting up to greet us and take care of our luggage and check in. Remember all these nice resorts overlooking the Caldera (volcano waters) are on hill and you need to walk down stairs to get to them.|Our room was a lovely Aura room with a breathtaking view on the caldera . Our room was lovely and very well appointed, clean and tasteful. The outdoor jacuzzi that come with it had a superb view. |The main pool had an infinity drop overlooking the caldera waters and was plain gorgeous. The food and drinks at the pool were tasty and the pool and breakfast area staff were so courteous.|I have to note Konstantinos and Alexandro at the pool and bar area who were very attentive and welcoming. The drinks and food at the pool were delicious. The breakfast area ( which is directly next to the pool which is great) was very well appointed and cute with a great views of the waters. Big and tasty menu with a great service by Yugitta, Michaela and Maria (fantastic service). |One of the outstanding services at this resort is the concierge service via WhatsApp! Our stay could not have been so perfect without them. I have never experienced anything like that, it is like having your own concierge service literally at the tip of your hands, immediate response to your requests and very professional. They took care of everything including recommending and booking dining and activities plus arranging transportation all flawlessly. Kudos to all the team, you were outstanding. I wish I knew the names of all the team behind, I only know Maria and Konstantina. Do not miss the sunset cruise, was recommended by Konstantina in concierge and was an experience out of this world!|One of the things we loved about Mystique is its relatively small size. Never crowded yet very lively, loved the atmosphere. All the staff seem to recognize us and even knew our plan. One of the supervisors (Konstanifos) always checking how our day was going, very nice guy. |Our housekeeping team was also excellent, with a turn down service, prompt attention to our need, and a thoughtful ever changing goodies left at our bedside from cookies to cakes with special drinks always left for us to enjoy. Really everything was thought through at this outstanding resort. |We had dinner at Lure, the fine dining outdoor restaurant on premises. The ambiance was fantastic with live music (Sundays), and breathtaking views. The menu was limited but the food was delicious (Michelin style like).|This was our first visit to Santorini and have to admit one of our best trips ever. This was only possible because of this gorgeous resort with immaculate service. Highly highly recommended and we will come again and stay at Mystique.

Our stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful with a perfect location to Oia town and Caldera views. The service was impeccable and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Konstantine and his entire team were amazing and he made the stay even more memorable! Would highly recommend this property!

My wife and I picked this resort for a five night stay on our honeymoon! The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the resort is! This was incredible, incredible value for Bonvoy. We booked with points and so received the fifth night free, got upgraded twice to an Allure suite, and were allowed a late checkout. The service was impeccable. They anticipated our every need three times per day - housekeeping, minibar restocking, and turn down service. The highlight for us was Konstantinos’ crew at breakfast at Charisma each morning that came free of charge because we booked with points. The pool is beautiful, the whirlpool option for the rooms is special, and the room was very spacious. One other note is that our concierge Iliad was very attentive and helped us book a sunset catamaran tour very easily at a slight discount. The last thing to note is that we were happy to have booked in Oia, and the location of the hotel relative to Oia is nice. It’s a bit off the beaten Caldera Street path which helps with a sense of relaxation and being separate from the hustle and bustle of central Oia. Everything from the bus stops, taxi station, Oia shopping, Anmoudi Bay, and Armeni Bay were within easy walking distance.

Dear Mr Somalakis,||I trust this feedback finds you well!|We would love to take the opportunity to share some feedback with you regarding your wonderful hotel and the people who make it so special ! This place was on our bucket list and finally we are here 🙏|We arrived only 3 days ago and within this short period of time we are overwhelmed by the perfection, attention to detail and the warmhearted staff members we met! I used to fly on private jets and was in charge of the training so I personally pay attention to all the small details “ the extra miles” .. therefore we would like to highlight the arrival experience with Jerry and Marielena(? Please forgive me, if I don’t write some names correctly, but I am pretty sure, you know whom I am talking about)|The welcome itself explains already the concept of your unique place : friendly, caring and very individual! The cold oshiburi ( towels) are amazing! They did a great job and the entire team is always there! The whats app concierge idea is great and so efficient!|Lure surprised us on our first evening! We received the best table from michaela ( she is amazingly hosting and super friendly) Food was excellent and the live music ( compliments to the ladies!) made it outstanding!|The breakfast concept is exceptional: we can choose between in room dining or charisma without charge ! We spent now the last two mornings in charisma to enjoy the team: michaela ( lure) , Konstantinos, Panos, Lambros, George , Yanita ( Bar) who are always on the point!|And not to forget all the wonderful people behind the scenes: The bell boys , who are carrying constantly all the suitcases up and down; the housekeepers, who leave our suite 21 spotless twice a day and not to forget the kitchen crew -> 5*!!!|It barely happens that we write something very early ( or at all ) while still being on vacation.. but this experience is so special due all the staff members involved! So thanks a lot for hosting us and have a wonderful day ahead!

Great hotel to experience Santorini live in a cave. Grounds and hotel is well taking care of. Hotel staff is there anytime you need them for help. They will help book tours and transfers.||Marriott members will receive free Bkfast if you have status.

We stayed at this hotel with a large company. Perhaps this is one of the best hotels in Santorini, but the hotel definitely does not have 5 stars and the luxury prefix does not belong to it. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the towels are dirty gray, very washed. The minibar is not replenished, as well as clean glasses and cups are not brought. The breakfasts are disgusting. I do not recommend ordering gravlax salmon, it can be dangerous for your health. No matter how much you ask them to cook something for you, they will still do it their own way, even if you warned in advance what you are allergic to, you can still easily add it to the dish. A story that was repeated every day. When the hotel is fully occupied, there are not enough sun loungers around the pool for everyone. Also one of the inconveniences is the lack of an elevator. Be prepared to walk up and down steep stairs. One of the advantages is the good location and the work of the concierge. Everything I asked him to book for me was done.
