Apologies this review is so overdue. ||We stayed at Navonamyhome in March for 3 nights celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. ||Allessandra communication from the start was excellent, arranging transfers to and from airport which took away a lot of stress as the day we arrived was the marathon. Before we arrived Allessandra also sent recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants which was really useful. ||From the moment we arrived we felt like were transported into a dream, it was surreal, the street, the building, the location, the feeling was unreal it was everything we could have imagined and more. ||Our room was immaculate and so comfortable. Every morning breakfast was brought in on a trolley by a lovely lady. Breakfast was delicious and traditional (best cappuccino I’ve ever had). ||Staying at Navonamy is an amazing experience, we cannot wait to return. Rome is magical and Navonamy adds to the magic it’s a very special place. ||Thank you so much to Allessandra and team, Amy and Oliver Sheahan.

Our rooms were always kept tidy clean, the owner was super responsive over whatsapp, and the breakfast service was topclass. The sunsets over the window made me live in a movie for the past 5 nights. The street below the window becomes bustling every night from 10-2 am, so prepare earplugs.

The room is find. but I don't like how the host behave. we came like 11 pm to check in and host is supposed to be at the property since I agree to pay late check in fee. and she is late like more than 40 min. we have to wait at the cold stair. I call her and she said she is gonna wave the late check in fee but she doesn't feel sorry at all. she thinks that waving late check in fee equals my waiting. we have been waiting in cold weather for more than 40 min and she reacts like whats the matter? you don't pay late check in fee so you shouldn't be complaining. I left the review at booking.com and she calls me to give higher review. I explained why I am not happy but she keeps emphasizing that she waves the late check in fee. but what she never understand is that I am not happy how she treats the customer, not the fact that she was late.

This was such an incredible experience and location for us to stay while we were in Rome. Everything was exceptional. We love getting breakfast in bed every morning and the view and location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back again.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our two young adult daughters. We had two beautiful adjacent rooms that were “suite like” giving us privacy. The rooms were immaculately, with lovely furnishings and baths. The owner and her staff are available, friendly and exceedingly helpful with whatever you need. They arranged our airport transfers, dinner reservations and provided advice on how to navigate Rome. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Extremely good value for the price - highly recommend.

We had the best stay! Such beautiful apartment, the breakfast was magical and the location perfect as well. Honestly LOVED the stay so much.

A wonderful place to stay in a central location. The room was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned - it was cool when we were there but important come summer time. Alessandra was the consummate host and the breakfasts were sensational! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Rome.

Absolutely perfect!!! My partner and I stayed for a week to celebrate my birthday. It was honestly the best bed and breakfast we've ever been to. The rooms were very clean, the interior design was on point, the location super central and convenient, and at the same time quiet and calm. And we cannot recommend the staff enough. The staff were just so thoughtful and caring, noticing every little detail in order to make our stay the best it could be. The personal treatment we received from the staff was beyond anything we expected. They even asked us what we would like to have for breakfast, to make sure they could provide suitable foods for us (both of us are vegan), and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. There is no doubt we will be back, and we will recommend this place to everyone we know!
