I really don't get the - reviews! I was in the store 2 times today and got excellent customer service. I know myKita from a good friend back home and he is fascinated so it was a must go while in Berlin. I had no intention of buying. First visit i browsed throug their assortment and saw two pair of glasses which just struck me. The blonde Lady who appeared to be the Manager had a customer and still she helped me out while I was trying glasses. She was super honest and said why what fits me or dosent! I spend 20 min in store and left. Had lunch and was still thinking about the pair. So i returned 2h later and Dax a super nice shop assistant was on shift. I told her about the pair I was thinking about and she showed me extensively the features while laying out myKitas Philosophy and that its hand Made in Germany. I bought them. No intention on spending a small fortune on shades the Atmosphere and honesty of the service took me as well as the quality of those glasses. So here I am having to explain to my wife why I spend so much 🙈

I went to the store to ask if my Mykitas can be adjusted and the lady working there completely ficed my sunglasses and was absolutely nice. Can't wait to go back and shop there. 😍

Dax and Sandra were amazing! When entering the store it was really busy and all associates were working with guests. Dax looked up to greet us and said she would be right with us. Sandra finishing first, re-engaged with us and asked our wants and needs in regards to the styles and our day to day. My girlfriend found the pair she wanted really quick. I wasn’t so lucky, after trying a number of pairs on Dax added some valuable insight and helped me narrow down the choices. We both walked out with some amazing glasses. Thanks Dax and Sandra.

I have been in this store many times. Always greeted with a big smile. The service is very professional and outstanding. The advice is sharp and honest. And during my last visit I bought an optical frame on sale that we transformed into sunglasses on Laura's advice. I have chosen for gradient lenses, this makes my pair of sunglasses so unique.

I got my first Mykita frame from here and it is the best frame and service I had by far, with any product (not just frame) They are super kind, professional and patient. They were able to repair and adjust my frames several times perfectly. I would never buy anything else. Only Mykita. Highly recommended.

Overall, a fantastic experience! I only had a few days before leaving town but really wanted to find a new pair of glasses. The store's staff not only accommodated my rushed timeline, but went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I'm an indecisive shopper and have a difficult head to fit for glasses, so it was great that Sandra was so patient and had really good advice on shape, size, spacing, etc. Adrian was quick and efficient with the eye exam. Peter gave great, detailed answers to my questions about optics and lens choices. The staff were even willing to stay late my last night as Michel ensured the fit was just right. My glasses are a month old now and I still love them!

I’m wearing MYKITA glasses for around 10 years and I just love them :) recently someone stepped on my sunglasses so that the hinge was bended and the glasses fit loose... I went to the store to ask if they can fix it but I was late and it was already closed. But staff was inside and let me in to fix my glasses immediately. Now they are as good as new. best product. best service.
