To foreign friends reading the reviews:
I must express my disappointment regarding a situation I encountered as a foreign customer. Please ensure your cashiers do not deceive international shoppers by falsely stating that discounted items are only available to Korean customers.
During my first visit, I noticed a red tag indicating a 15% discount on certain items. I selected my items and proceeded to the checkout, where the cashier informed me that the 15% discount was exclusive to “Korean customers,” and foreign customers could only benefit from tax refunds, not the discount. Trusting this information, I completed my purchase and left.
On my second visit, I once again selected items with the 15% discount tag, fully expecting that the discount would not apply. However, this time, a different cashier informed me that I was indeed eligible for both the 15% discount and the tax refund.
During my third visit, I brought back the items from my first purchase and enquired why the discount had not been applied. The cashier confirmed that a mistake had likely been made by their colleague and reprocessed the transaction, granting me both the discount and the tax refund.
On my fourth visit, I purchased seasonal items that were not on discount and was informed I could only claim a tax refund. This was entirely reasonable. However, while at the counter, I overheard another cashier telling a foreign customer that the “15% discount is only available to Korean customers, and foreign customers can only claim tax refunds.”
I quickly recognised that it was the same cashier who had previously made this false statement to me, now repeating it to another foreign customer!
This dishonest behaviour from one of your employees is deeply disappointing. It demonstrates a lack of respect and professionalism. While the amounts involved may not be significant, such an attitude reflects arrogance and a blatant disregard for customer trust.
I have shopped in over 30 countries, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue—where discounts are supposedly only available to local residents.
If this is indeed the store policy, I urge you to place a clear notice in ENGLISH at the store entrance stating:
[Discounts are only available to Korean customers. Foreign customers are not eligible.]

I mean, the place is nice, but it's marketing for their online store, which has much more variety/inventory
The style of clothes is neat and brand-less (think Uniqlo and Muji) - you'd fit right in with the Korean crowd as an NPC
There's not much in the store - some colors and sizes aren't there, so that's why their online store is preferred
It's a good place to try on their clothes first and then buy it online for a cheaper price
The line for the fitting room is long

The worst place to be! I went to this store to buy a blouse, the employees don't speak English, the sellers don't like to serve foreigners even with an empty store, the cashier gave me the wrong change. I dont recomend this store for foraigners. And the clothes is normal, is only marketing.

i’m not sure if this is korean practice or foreigner treatment lol. usually we are able to swop clothes out for a different size (unless it is crowded, i get it) but the staff on the B1 level did not allow me to swop my bf’s jeans with a different size even though the fitting rooms were mostly empty? and he wanted him to come out, return the jeans and then go back in with the new size? and when my bf wanted me to look at the fit of the jeans, i was going to stand outside the fitting room but he did some hand movement for me to go away even though i was only entering at the entrance of the fitting room area??? and i don’t think it is a gendered fitting room bc i saw a lady coming out from there too? foreigners who can’t speak in korean, be warned, avoid if you don’t want your mood to be dampened.
