Kotone was incredibly friendly and attentive. She really took the time to listen to my request and absolutely delivered. I love my haircut—it’s exactly what I wanted! I will definitely come back! Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great stylist.

Got a haircut by Kotone I believe a few days ago! Lovely hairstylists, she listened to my request and did exactly as I had asked, taking into account my wavy hair! She was very sweet and nice too. The place is also well-maintained and clean. Would 100% come here again :)

I recently visited Muku Hair on Commercial Street, and the experience was fantastic! I emailed them beforehand to confirm if they could do a specific haircut, and after their prompt response, I booked an appointment for the next day. I was paired with Takumi, who was an absolute delight—super friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. He nailed the exact style I wanted with efficiency and precision. I walked out feeling great about my hair, which is rare when trying a new salon or stylist. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful experience! I've had my hair cut and coloured by Sebastian a couple of times now and I am sooo pleased with it. Before my appointment, my hair was a bit of a mess but he knew exactly what to do and completely refreshed it. I went from a really unevenly cut two-tone (made the mistake of spontaneously getting my hair done somewhere else a few months ago - oops) to a beautifully blended balayage. Amazing care, attention to detail and a really lovely person to chat to as well. Thank you so much - I am so happy going into the new year loving my hair again! :)

Arisa was fantastic. Very professional but made me feel very comfortable too. I'm autistic and was nervous to go to a new salon and also get a slightly new style and she made me feel very at ease. She took the time to explain how to style my new hair and the options she had for me on the day given the style I had in mind and my hair length and type.

Hello, I had an amazing experience. I came in feeling a bit nervous because i hadn't been to a professional in years and my hair was a bit of a mess. the salon had a relaxed and comforting atmosphere which was great. Katie was extremely friendly and kind. she knew exactly what to do when i explained what i wanted doing to my hair and asked me about everything that she suggested to make sure it was ok with me. Katie is a very skilled stylist and she completely transformed my hair, executing technical cutting and styling procedures with ease. I feel like an upgraded version of myself, with more confidence and I am so glad I went to see Katie. I would encourage anyone to go and see her. Gender diverse friendly 😊. Thank you!

My first time at Muku Hair Salon Commercial Street - received excellent service. Clean and friendly staff. Chiho did a fab job (haircut, colour & wash). Really happy with my hair now :) highly recommend.
