Everything from the service to the food was amazing! A wonderful restaurant that is more than worth its money I'm not even talking about the view. A wonderful atmosphere that I will go to constantly My love to all the smiling staff who do their job well. It is useful to make a reservation.

It has been the place I have enjoyed the most for a long time. We had a great evening with the menu, the staff, and the concept. I would like to thank everyone who contributed. The sea bass on paper was amazing too👌

Beautiful location with nice views of Istanbul. Extensive selection of meze options. We had a very kind attentive waiter (we wish we knew his name to thank him!). We had a lovely mojito, lamb / chicken kebap and many delicious cold meze. Highly recommend for a trip to Istanbul

First time we felt energy and a new ambience within an Istanbul restaurant. We haven’t had the best luck during our trip but we received a recommendation from a friend to come and they didn’t disappoint.

We were delighted to experience their exceptional breakfast spread - and it surpassed all expectations! Each breakfast item was a delicious, with usage of the finest local ingredients. Great and friendly service, Ali Bey was helpful and nice. In March 2024, breakfast price is 550TL for per person. The breathtaking view of both Galata and the Bosphorus, which elevated the entire dining experience to new heights of awe. Mukellef Karakoy is a great place for any breakfast enthusiast in Istanbul. Clean toilets and restaurant. Vale parking is available with fee.

Mükellef is a fantastic restaurant in the Karakoy neighborhood of Istanbul that I highly recommend. The food is really good and the views are better, with several standout dishes. The restaurant has amazing views of the old city skyline, adding to the overall dining experience. The shrimp and halloumi combo was a surprising delight - the salty halloumi paired beautifully with the fresh, juicy shrimp. And the crispy fried brain was an interesting, cooked to perfection with a wonderfully crisp exterior. The pastrami hummus was also a highlight, with deep, savory flavors that had me going back for more. The only slight letdown was the crispy chicken dish, which was good but not quite as impressive as the other menu items. The one issue I encountered was that the kitchen unfortunately forgot about my order of chicken shish, only realizing and apologizing for it after they had already closed for the night. This meant I had no chance to enjoy that dish, which was disappointing. Overall though, the food at Mükellef is very good, and the service was friendly and attentive (aside from the chicken shish mix-up). I would highly recommend giving this restaurant a try - just be sure to double check on your order before they close up for the night!
