Used to be nice. How sad 💔 I used to love to support this store even though it’s crazy overpriced. Unfortunately any semblance of being a neighborhood treasure is gone with their utter lack of customer service / manners. They want to charge you for gift wrap — even when you spend $175. My mistake for stepping in.

What a beautiful store! Absolutely loved shopping here. Got some gorgeous books and clothes and an amazing Halloween outfit for my son. The staff were also charming - can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful boutique with gorgeous clothes. Curated kids toys and books. The prices are more than I an willing to spend. None of the the two ladies take to me until I was almost in my way out.. And she was friendly

Terrible customer service and outrageous prices. You can get these same exact clothes and toys at other boutiques around the city for a lower price and friendly service. Everyone working here is rude and make you feel like you don't belong. I left feeling attacked by their staff. I will never go back. Head to Dottie Dolittle if you need high-end children's clothing and toys.

Our family loves Mudpie! They have so many one-of-a-kind antique and new items perfect for gifts, your baby/child, or to treat yourself. Every time we enter the store, staff are friendly and helpful but never pushy. The store feels very personal, welcoming and special. Some of the prices can be steep but generally match the quality, and typically for bands like Le Petit Bateau, that are expensive no matter where you find them. I may not personally want to buy the super pricy toddler coat, but certainly wouldn’t complain about it. A gem of a store in the middle of the Fillmore district!

Good selection of baby and gift items, but beware, everything is way, way overpriced, some items are $10-$15 more than elsewhere. Some of the cheaper items I bought are nearly double the price than online. I checked the prices only after my purchases. I learned my lesson!

I ordered some items and paid $15 shipping. They substituted 2 of my items without asking me. I had to request a refund, with barely an apology given. Then I had to follow up to actually receive the refund and they didn't even have the courtesy to refund any of the shipping. Now I paid $15 shipping for something that would have cost $3 to mail.

I had quite a similar experience just now as the last reviewer. The woman working here gave me a scowl and a very forced “hello” in response to mine, as I entered. Later she stomped across the room and wordlessly turned off the light in the antique area I was browsing. 7 minutes to closing I found out, after asking. Are you here to sell items to customers, or to close the store? Pretty sure customers pay your wages ma’am. Will obviously not be returning.
